1 Intuitive Guidance
This section provides intuitive guidance for using the watch.

2 First Use
- To start the product, press the button for 5 seconds.
- Follow the on-screen intuitive guidance (see section 1) to set the time and date.
4 Stopwatch (CHRONO) Usage
- Select the CHRONO function (see section 3).
- Start the stopwatch: Press the button.
- Pause: Press the button.
- Reset (stopwatch paused): Press the button.
- Record an intermediate time (SPLIT): Press the button.
- Return to menu: Press the button.
5 Countdown Timer (TIMER) Usage
This model features a countdown timer with 5 distinct times to perform interval training and improve resistance and performance.
- WARM UP: Warm-up time
- RUN: Work time
- REST: Rest time
- REPEAT: Number of RUN + REST repetitions
- SERIES: Number of RUN/REST exercise series
- BREAK: Rest time between 2 exercise series
- COOL: Recovery time
Select the TIMER function (see section 3).
- Adjust the countdown times: Press the button, follow the intuitive guidance (see section 1).
- Start: Press the button.
- Pause: Press the button.
- Reset: Press the button.
- Return to menu: Press the button.
6 Alarm (ALARM)
The alarm time can be set from the SET function (see section 7).
- Stop the alarm sound: Press one of the buttons.
7 Settings (SET)
Select the SET function (see section 3).
- Select the item to adjust: Press the button.
- Confirm selection: Press the button.
Adjustments available:
- TIME: Time adjustment.
- FORMAT: Format (HOUR, MINUTE).
- DATE: Date adjustment (YEAR, MONTH, DAY). Options: ddMM (day-month) or MMdd (month-day).
- ALARM: Alarm time adjustment. Set ON or OFF. Adjust hour and minutes.
- TIMER: Adjustment of countdown times. T1 = 1st interval, T2 = 2nd interval. ON = activate 2nd interval, OFF = deactivate 2nd interval.
Follow the on-screen intuitive guidance (see section 1) to adjust the information.
8 Activate Backlight
- From the "time" screen: Press the button.
- From any other screen: Press the button for 3 seconds.
9 View Date
- Add the date to the "time" screen: Press the button.
- Return to menu: Press the button.
10 Dual Time Zone
T1 = 1st time zone, T2 = 2nd time zone. To adjust T2, see section 7.
- To view T2 from the time screen: Press the button twice.
Battery Replacement
To change the battery: go to the point of sale where you purchased the product. If you change it yourself, you risk damaging the seal and losing water resistance, as well as the product's warranty. The battery life will depend on the time it has been stored and how you use the product.
The crossed-out dustbin symbol indicates that this product and its batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. They are subject to selective collection. Dispose of batteries and your electronic product at the end of its life at an authorized collection point for recycling. This waste electrical and electronic equipment assessment will protect the environment and your health. Dispose of batteries in a suitable place for recycling.
Product Guaranteed for 2 years under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, failure to follow precautions, accidents, incorrect maintenance, or commercial use of the product.
- Damage caused by repairs performed by unauthorized persons by DECATHLON.
- Batteries, cracked or broken cases, or cases showing signs of impact.
Compatibility
The A 300 M Swip, A 300+ M Swip, W 500 M Swip, W 500+ M Swip, W 700 XC M Swip, W 900 M Swip watches are compatible with STRAP M bracelets featuring the Swip System.
The A 300 S Swip, W 500 S Swip watches are compatible with STRAP S bracelets featuring the Swip System.
