Troubleshooting E2 and E3 Error Codes
This guide provides steps to resolve E2 or E3 error codes that may appear on your device's display. These issues are typically related to cable connections.
Section A: Check Cable Connections
For both E2 and E3 error codes, it is recommended to check the cable connections on your device.
Remove the power plug from the device.

Unscrew the stem and lift it up to check the connection underneath.

Check the cable's condition for cuts, cracks, or other damage.

Unplug the connector to check the condition of the pins. Reposition the pins if they are bent.

Reconnect the cable securely.
Reassemble the stem.
Tighten the screws again.

Plug the power connector back into the device.

Test the device.
Section B: If E2 Persists
If the E2 error code continues to appear after checking the connections, follow these steps:
- Unplug the power connector from the device (leave the power plug inserted in the wall socket).
- Wait for 5 seconds.
- Plug the power connector back into the device.
- Repeat this process up to 5 times.
