Quick Start Guide
For Updating the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App
The HHAeXchange+ Mobile App requires periodic updates, typically a few times a year. PCAs (Personal Care Attendants) will be notified when an update is available.
The following outlines the general process for updating the app. Please note that the exact steps may vary slightly depending on your specific device.
Follow the steps below to update the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App on both Android and Apple devices.
Step 1: Open the App Store
For Android devices: Locate and tap the "Google Play Store" icon.
For iPhone or iPad: Open the "App Store" app.
Step 2: Tap the Profile Icon
In the top right corner of your phone screen, tap the profile icon or the "My Account" button.
Tip: The profile icon typically displays your initial(s) or a chosen image.
Step 3: Tap Manage Apps and Device
For Android devices: Find and tap on "Manage apps & device".
For iPhone or iPad: Scroll to view "Upcoming Automatic Updates". Tap "Update" next to the HHAeXchange+ app to update only that app, or tap "Update All".
Tip: If the HHAeXchange+ App does not appear in the update list, it means the latest version is already installed.
Step 4: Click the Checkbox (Android Only)
Under the "Manage" tab on your Android device, locate the HHAeXchange+ App and tap the checkbox to its right.
For iPhone or iPad: No further steps are required after completing Step 3.
Step 5: Tap Update (Android Only)
On your Android device, tap the "Update" button.
Tip: If the HHAeXchange+ App does not appear in the update list, it means the latest version is already installed.
