Please read the following instructions carefully before putting your massage device into use to ensure trouble-free operation and optimum efficiency. Please retain these operating instructions for further use!

- This item is NOT A TOY. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or disabled persons.
- This appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Any possible repairs may only be carried out by authorized expert staff. Improper use and unauthorized repairs are not permitted for safety reasons and lead to loss of warranty.
- Never touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Please avoid contact of the device with water, high temperatures and direct sunlight.
- ⚠️ DO NOT use any damaged cables, plugs or loose sockets.
- If plugs or cords are damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service representative or by qualified personnel.
- In case of malfunction, disconnect immediately from the mains.
- Misuse or incorrect use excludes any liability for damage.
- Do not use while you sleep.
- Do not use with infants, a helpless person or a person insensitive to heat.
- Overlong application can result in skin burns.
- Do not use this product for medical treatment.
- In order to avoid excessively stimulating the muscles and nerves, the recommended massage time should not be exceeded 30 minutes at a time.

- DO NOT use if you have skin disorders, open wounds, or swollen or inflamed areas.
- Each massage – even a hand massage – must be refrained from during pregnancy or if one or more of the following complaints are present in the massage area: recent injuries, thrombotic diseases, all kinds of inflammations and swellings, and cancer. It is recommended to consult a doctor before having a massage for the treatment of ailments and illnesses.
- If you are dependent on electrical aids e.g. pacemakers, please be sure to consult your doctor for medical advice before taking a massage.
- The packaging material supplied should not be used as a toy.

Setup and Operation
1. Usage Scenarios:
Diagram Description: Illustration shows the device used as a knee massager (Opt.1) and as a shoulder massager with the extension strap (Opt.2).
2. Control Panel:
Diagram Description: The control panel diagram details buttons for power, vibration, and heating, along with indicator lights and a charging port.
Power button/Lock button: Long press to turn on the device, and activate vibration at low intensity and heating function at high level. When the device is on, short press this button to lock the screen to avoid touching the button by accident, short press again to unlock the screen. When the screen is locked, the power indicator light will turn red.
Vibration button: Touch the button to turn on the vibration function, and cycle low, medium, high intensity or off setting, the corresponding vibration indicator will light on.
Heating button: Touch the button to turn on the heating function, and cycle high, medium, low of heating level or off setting, the corresponding heating indicator will light on.
- The device will automatically switch off after 30-minute timer runs out.
- Do not setup or use the device in a bathroom or similarly wet/damp areas.
- Ensure the device is not exposed to direct sunlight or placed near sources of heat.
Battery Charging
- When the battery is low, the green indicator will start flashing.
- Connect the USB cable to any USB charger; it can be plugged into a portable power bank, mobile phone battery chargers, laptop, and any USB port.

- When charging, the indicator light will turn into a breathing light effect.
- When fully charged, the green indicator will be always on.
- Normally, it takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge.
- The machine will be turned off automatically when charging.
- After full charge, the device can work continuously for around 2-3 hours.
Battery Disposal Warning: The unit contains a Lithium Ion battery. Please contact your local recycling center to find out how to properly dispose of the product.
Troubleshooting
| Fault | Solutions |

| Device switches off suddenly | The device will switch off when the timer runs out. Continue using by pressing the 'Power' button. If the device has run for 30 mins, turn back on after resting the unit for 15 mins. |
| Device stopped abnormally | The device has an overheating protection system activated; the device is switched off for your safety. Please rest the device for 15-30 minutes before restarting. |
| Device slight noise | Battery Low, please charge it before using. It is normal working noise of the internal mechanism. |
Care and Maintenance
Care and cleaning instructions
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning it.
- Before cleaning, allow the unit to cool.
- Dampen a cloth in water or a 3%-5% mild detergent solution.
- Wipe the dirty areas with the wet cloth.
- Do not use a sharp brush, sharp tool, gasoline, or diesel to clean it.
- Do not use a wet cloth to clean the control panel, as it may cause failure; only use a dry cloth to wipe the control panel.
- Never submerge any part of the unit in liquid.
- Wait for the unit to become fully dry before use.
Maintenance
- Please keep it in its box and store in a safe, dry, and cool place.
- Do not keep it in any place with high temperature, near fire, or direct sunlight, as it may fade or be damaged.
- Do not contact benzene, diluent, or any other corrosive liquid.

Comfier products can be returned/replaced within 90 days if the product breaks down during the period of proper use.
12 months Warranty
If the product breaks down within 12 months during the period of proper use, customers can enjoy the relevant warranty to get them replaced.

No warranty will be given for any force majeure and man-made causes for a defective product, such as improper care, personal teardown, and willful damage, etc.
