Introduction
The SALUS FC600 is a versatile thermostat designed for controlling fan coil units in 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems. It manages fan speed and valves to maintain a set temperature. Button Functions

- Decrease [⬇️]: Short press to decrease temperature or cycle through options.

Installation in Online Mode (with UGE600 and Internet connection)
To enable internet control via the SALUS Smart Home app:
- Ensure the Universal Gateway (UGE600) is correctly installed and added to the SALUS Smart Home app. The Gateway's LED should be blue [?].
- In the app, scan for equipment.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to set up the device.
- The device will indicate successful setup and enter Standby Mode [?].
- To activate the thermostat, press the button for 2 seconds [M 2sec] or use the app.
Installation in Offline Mode (without the UGE600 and Internet connection)
To set up the thermostat without an internet connection:
- Press the UP/DOWN buttons [⬆️/⬇️] to select the pipe system: 2-pipe or 4-pipe. Press the confirmation button [M] to save.
- Configure S1/S2 Terminals: Select the relevant setting from the table below based on your system requirements. Press the confirmation button [M] to save.

- Set Time:
- Press and hold the 'M' button for 2 seconds [M 2sec].
- Press UP/DOWN [⬆️/⬇️] to select the hour format (12/24h) and press [M] to confirm.
- Press UP/DOWN [⬆️/⬇️] to set the hour, then press [M] to confirm.
- Repeat for minutes.
- Set Temperature: Press UP/DOWN [⬆️/⬇️] to set the desired temperature. Press [M] to confirm.
- Installer Settings: For advanced settings, refer to the full manual. (In Online mode, installer settings are available via the SALUS Smart Home app).
- Factory Reset: If needed, follow the instructions to reset the thermostat to factory defaults. This action will permanently erase all custom settings.
- Installation is completed successfully. To launch the thermostat, press and hold the button for 2 seconds [M 2sec].
Switching from Offline to Online Mode
To enable internet control with the UGE600 gateway and SALUS Smart Home app:
- Ensure the UGE600 gateway is installed and connected to your network.
- Follow the steps outlined in the "Installation in Online Mode" section, which involves scanning for equipment in the app and configuring the device.
Important Notes
Standby Mode: The thermostat can be put into Standby Mode [?] by long-pressing the Increase button [⬆️].
Settings Synchronization: When using the FC600 in Offline mode, all configuration settings are automatically saved to the SALUS cloud server. This ensures that you do not need to reconfigure the device when switching to Online mode.
