Important Safety Information
General Warnings
- For Ages 5 and Up.
- Maximum Child's weight: 100kg.
- Check and tighten bolts and screws before every ride.
- Ensure all components function properly before every ride.
- Maintain tire inflation to the maximum marked on the tire.

- Replace any damaged or malfunctioning components before use.
- Avoid sharp bumps, drainages grates, and sudden surface changes.
- Avoid surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves, and debris. Wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility.
- Avoid excessive speed, especially on downhill rides.
- Brakes can get hot with continuous use; do not touch after braking.
- An adult must assist in initial assembly.
- Ensure the scooter is fully assembled before riding.
- Read and understand this manual before use to prevent serious injury.
Riding Rules
- DO NOT ride on roads.
- Do not ride near motor vehicles.

- Never ride near steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways, alleys, swimming pool areas, or other bodies of water.

- Do not tow wagons, other vehicles, or children on skates/skateboards.
- DO NOT ride at night.
- Always wear shoes.
- Give pedestrians the right-of-way; do not ride too close to pedestrians.
- Avoid hazards that hinder control (potholes, ruts, uneven payment, storm grating, gravel, curbs, leaves, puddles, debris).
- Do not ride off-road or on rough payment.
- Keep both hands on the handlebar.
- Do not wear anything that restricts hearing.
Caution
- Brake gently to avoid skidding or sudden stops.
- Skidding may cause excessive wear and damage to scooter wheels.
Assembly Instructions
Wheel Installation
Warning: If the wheel is not functioning properly, do not disassemble bearings yourself to avoid improper installation. Contact the seller if you cannot resolve the issue.
Diagram showing wheel installation components: axle, nuts (a, b), and tab washer (c). The tab washer (a) should be inserted into the frame's round hole and placed on the outside of the frame between the frame and the axle nut (b).
- Do not unscrew the two sides of nuts (c). Bearing clearance is factory-adjusted.
- Install wheels with axles pushed fully into axle slots.
- Ensure tab washers (a) are installed correctly with the tab in the frame's round hole.
- Make sure wheels are centered and tighten axle nuts (b) firmly with a wrench.
- Note: The back wheel may come pre-installed. Front and rear wheels are installed the same way.
- Note: During wheel installation, ensure the top edge of the brake pad aligns with the top edge of the wheel rim.
Handlebar Installation
Diagrams illustrating handlebar assembly. The handlebar stem is inserted into the fork tube, positioned parallel to the front wheel, and secured with a bolt.
- Install the waterproof cover into the stem.
- Install the handlebar stem into the fork tube.
- Position the stem parallel to the front wheel.
- Tighten the stem bolt with a wrench.
- Note: Ensure the stem is installed below the Max Height mark.
- Insert the stem into the fork tube at least to the minimum insertion line.
- Tighten the Expander Bolt with a wrench.
Brake Adjustment
Warning: The hand brakes on this bike scooter were not adjusted at the factory. You must assemble and adjust the hand brakes.
Install brake levers onto the handlebar. The right-side lever connects to the front brake, and the left-side lever connects to the rear brake.
- Adjust the brake lever angle for the most comfortable position for the user and tighten it.
- Insert the barrel end of the brake cable into the hole in the brake lever.
- Squeeze the rear brake arms with your hand until the brake rubbers are against the wheel rim. This allows slack in the inner brake cable wire for easy insertion of the cable barrel end into the brake lever hole.
- Thread the brake cable wire through the keyhole slot at the front of the brake lever, then release your hand. The brake cable cap will automatically spring back into the slotted key hole.
- Proceed to adjust the hand brakes:
- Tighten the rear caliper brake nut on the bottom of the frame when the clearance between the left and right brake arms and the rear wheel is the same.
- Push the brake rubber to the PVC rim, maintain the same angle for the brake rubber with the rim, and tighten the acorn nuts. Left and right brake rubbers are adjusted similarly.
- Loosen the anchor bolt nut.
- Press the brake rubbers against the wheel rim again.
- Pull the brake cable wire through the anchor bolt hole until there is no slack in the inner brake wire.
- Tighten the anchor bolt nut.
- Squeeze the brake lever hard and release several times. Rotate the wheel to ensure it does not wobble. There should be approximately 1/16 inch (6mm) clearance between the wheel rim and each brake rubber.
- Note: If additional brake adjustment is needed, turn the adjusting screw counter-clockwise to bring brake rubbers closer to the rim, or clockwise to move them further away.
- Ensure the cable is locked securely through the anchor bolt. Reset the cable adjusting lock nut when adjustment is final.
- Warning: If the hand brake still does not function after adjustments, have it repaired or adjusted at a bicycle service shop.
