The Uwell Caliburn G4 Mini is a pod system device with the following components:

Quick Guide
- Remove the cartridge from the device and then remove the insulating film from the bottom.
- Open the filler plug to fill the cartridge with e-liquid, insert the cartridge back into the device, and wait for 10 minutes after its first filling.
Instructions
1. Cartridge Filling from the Side and Replacement
- a. For the first filling, take the cartridge off the device and remove the insulating film on the bottom before use.
- b. Open the filler plug for filling.
- c. Replace the filler plug after filling.
- d. Insert the cartridge into the device.
- e. To replace the cartridge, remove the used cartridge and insert a new one.
Attention:
- a. Insert the nozzle of the e-liquid bottle into the filling port until it reaches the bottom and then fill it with e-liquid.
- b. Replace the filler plug immediately after filling and ensure it is properly sealed to prevent e-liquid leakage.
- c. Allow the new cartridge to sit for 10 minutes after the first filling to prevent coil burning.
- d. Refill the e-liquid promptly when it is below the MIN level.
2. Airflow Adjustment
Adjust the airflow using the airflow adjustment valve.
Regulate airflow by controlling the airflow adjustment valve.
3. Vaping
Take a draw to vape. During vaping, the corresponding battery level light gradually brightens and performs a gradient color rotation when reaching maximum brightness.
4. Battery Level Indication
During vaping, the LED light indicates the battery level:
- Green: Battery level above 60%
- Blue: Battery level between 30% and 60%
- Red: Battery level below 30%
5. Charging
Connect the device to a power source using a TYPE-C charging cable. The indicator light illuminates during charging.
- Flashing red light: Low battery level
- Flashing blue light: Medium battery level
- Flashing green light: Sufficient battery level
- Solid green light: Charging completed
6. Protection and Indication
- a. Short-circuit protection: Red light flashes 3 times during vaping; device stops outputting.
- b. Low voltage protection: Red light flashes 10 times during output when battery is insufficient; device stops outputting.
- c. Overtime protection: Green light flashes 5 times when vaping exceeds 8 seconds; device stops outputting.
- d. Open-circuit protection: No output during vaping when cartridge is missing or disconnected; blue light flashes 3 times.
- e. Prompt for cartridge insertion and extraction: LED lights up directly and gradually turns off after 200ms when cartridge is inserted; blue light flashes twice when cartridge is pulled out.
Warm Tips
- Charge using a certified high-quality power adapter (5V/1A) and Type-C cable.
- When traveling by air, remove the cartridge from the device and store it separately, as air pressure changes may cause leakage.
- Avoid high temperature, low temperature, flammables, explosives, water, and humid environments during use or storage. Do not place the product with hard objects to avoid damage. Charge the device at least once a month to prolong its service life.
