Installation Instructions

Before Installation

This manual contains important information on installation, maintenance, and cleaning. Please provide this information for users to read.

Installation Precautions:

  1. Be sure to flush the water supply pipe thoroughly to remove impurities from the pipe.
  2. If installing a new washbasin, it may be easier to install the faucet first to the washbasin.
  3. Maximum working pressure: 0.5 MPA (5 bar). A pressure relief valve must be installed when water pressure exceeds 0.5 MPa (5 bar).
  4. The highest working temperature and ambient temperature for the shower: 60 °C. Please pay special attention to the arm tube connected with the shower to ensure it is away from the heater, otherwise, it may damage the shower and its seals, or even harm the users.

Installation Steps

Follow these steps for proper installation:

1. The mounting washer (1) is arranged with the rubber ring face down to install the faucet, and the handle is placed on the right side.

Diagram: Screw (2) threaded into mounting ring (3), 6mm exposed.

2. The screw (2) is screwed into the mounting ring (3) until the screw is exposed 6mm to the mounting ring.

3. The gasket (4) is arranged on the tooth tube (5), and the installation ring is rotated on the tooth tube.

4. Adjust the screw position on the mounting ring and tighten it.

5. Connect and lock the hose (6) to the water source. The hose labeled "COLD" (7) connects the COLD water.

6. Turn on the hot and cold water and let it run for about a minute.

7. Insert the main body of the faucet into the water slot according to the direction indicated by the arrow.

8. Draw pipe connection from the elbow into the shower; check whether the draw is smooth.

10. Connect the shower hose to the faucet hose.

11. As shown, adjust the weight to the right position and lock it in place.

12. If necessary, adjust the weight to the correct position.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Faucet Maintenance:

  1. Turn on the faucet and rub the nozzle to remove impurities.
  2. When there are impurities causing water flow to be small, remove the shower frother head and clean it. Reassemble after cleaning.

Check for Installation Results:

Check and make sure all joints are tight and the handwheel is in the closed position. Open the main water supply and drainage system, then check and repair any leaky connections.

Cleaning Instructions:

Apply to all processed surfaces: Wash the coated surface with neutral soapy water, then wipe the entire surface thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. Many detergents, such as ammonia, detergent, and toilet cleaner, etc., will cause damage to the plating surface; do not use them.

Abrasive cleaning appliances or detergents should not be used on faucets and their accessories.
