Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. warrants this product for two years against any defects in material or workmanship. A defective product will be replaced or repaired at no charge through one of two methods:
- Retailer Exchange: Return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased. This option is for exchanges only, provided the store is a participating retailer. Returns should adhere to the retailer's exchange policy, typically 30 to 90 days after the sale. Proof of purchase may be required. Consumers should verify the retailer's specific return policy for returns beyond the standard exchange period.
- Service Center Repair/Replacement: Send the product (prepaid) to a Black & Decker owned or authorized Service Center for repair or replacement, at Black & Decker's discretion. Proof of purchase may be required.
This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and consumers may possess other rights that vary by state or province. For any questions, consumers should contact the manager of their nearest Black & Decker Service Center. This product is not intended for commercial use.
