Laserliner Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera

The Laserliner Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera is a camera unit designed for connection to the base VideoFlex unit. When used together, it transmits color video images to the LCD screen, enabling inspection of hard-to-reach locations such as cavities, shafts, masonry, and vehicle interiors.
Function / Application
The Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera serves as a camera unit that connects to the VideoFlex base unit. This combination allows for the transmission of color video images to an LCD display, facilitating the inspection of areas that are difficult to access, such as hollow spaces, shafts, walls, or vehicle components.

General Safety Instructions
- Use the device strictly according to its intended purpose and within the specified limits.
- Measuring tools and accessories are not toys. Keep them out of reach of children.
- Do not modify the device's structure in any way.
- Avoid exposing the device to mechanical stress, extreme temperatures, or strong vibrations.
- Discontinue use if one or more functions fail or if the battery charge is low.
- The camera head is not resistant to acids or fire.
- Ensure the Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera does not come into contact with chemicals, live electrical voltage, moving objects, or hot surfaces. Such contact can damage the device and pose a risk of serious injury to the operator.
- The Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera must not be used for medical examinations or for examining people.
- Adhere to safety regulations set by local and national authorities for the proper use of the device.
- The device is not suitable for measurements near dangerous voltages. When working near electrical systems, always ensure that conductive parts are de-energized. Safeguard against accidental re-energization through appropriate measures.
Artificial Optical Radiation (OStrV)
LED Outlet
The device operates with LEDs classified under risk group RG 0 (exempt, no risk) according to the latest versions of applicable standards for photobiological safety (EN 62471:2008-09ff / IEC/TR 62471:2006-07ff). Under intended use and reasonably foreseeable conditions, the accessible radiation from the LEDs is safe for the human eye and skin.
Electromagnetic Radiation
The measuring device complies with electromagnetic compatibility regulations and limit values as per EMC Directive 2014/30/EU.
Note local operating restrictions, for example, in hospitals, aircraft, petrol stations, or near people with pacemakers. Electronic devices can potentially cause hazards or interference, or be subject to hazards or interference.
Information on Maintenance and Care
Clean all components with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using cleaning agents, scouring agents, or solvents. Store the device in a clean and dry location.
Focal Depth
The Flex / XXL / Ultra Camera delivers sharp images within a range of 1 to 6 cm from the camera head. Objects located significantly outside this range may appear blurred.
