FAQ
What should I do if the Bluetooth pairing is unsuccessful?
Occasionally there will be unsuccessful pairings. When it occurs, please ignore the connected Bluetooth device name in Bluetooth settings and turn off the device Bluetooth. Put the earphones in the headphone case for more than 10 seconds, then turn on the device Bluetooth, take the earphones out of the headphone case and wait for 5-10 seconds for the successful pairing.
What should I do if there is no sound from the earphones?
First: Please check if the headphones are paired to the correct device. Second: Check the volume of the phone after connecting the headset to the phone. The maximum volume of Android phones is subject to the default volume of the phone. Third: Make sure the headphones are properly charged. Make sure the sound is playing on the device (and not paused).
What should I do if there is occasional freeze/delay?
Since the headset is connected via Bluetooth, occasionally, there will be a freeze or disconnection. Please reconnect it when it occurs. When running large software, browsing some websites, or running software that occupies a large amount of memory, the Bluetooth loading time will be increased. This is not a quality problem of the headphones.
Precautions
- Do not treat this product violently or squeeze it with heavy objects. Stay away from high temperature and high humidity environments.
- Keep away from Wi-Fi, routers, and other high-frequency transmitting equipment. These devices will generate radio interferences and cause the sound to be stuck or disconnected.
- Please use this product in an effective distance (≤10m) and there should be no physical obstruction (such as walls, etc.) between the Bluetooth device and the headphones.
- If the LED on the headphone case does not turn on when opening or closing the headphone case, it is showing the power out status of the headphone case. In this situation, the automatic power on doesn't work. You need to touch the headphones manually to turn on the power.
