Airbrush Information & Troubleshooting
Applications
This airbrush is designed for industrial products, model spraying, painting, cake decoration, advertising painting, furniture repair, beauty makeup, temporary tattoos, etc.
Specifications
- Fluid cup capacity: 7CC
- Nozzle diameter: 0.3mm
Troubleshooting
Q1: Why does the paint only bubble in the fluid cup but no paint comes out?
Generally, this is caused by the loosening of the nozzle cap (No.2) and nozzle (No.3). Check if the nozzle o-ring or o-ring for nozzle cap (No.4) is missing. The solution is to tighten the nozzle and nozzle cap carefully. If the o-ring is missing, you can temporarily solve it by wrapping raw material tape. Replace the o-ring for long-term use or use special sealant.
Q2: Only air sprays out without paint...
The concentration of the paint affects its fluidity. Solution: Unscrew the tail handles (No.16) and needle chucking nut (No.15). Pull the needle (No.5) back out, reseat it in its original position, and then tighten the needle chucking nut lock nut. Check if the center of the lid is blocked; if so, use a needle to clear it.
Tips
- The spray gun is a precision tool. Test with water first after purchase.
- This product can only spray liquid paint; the liquid should be diluted before use.
- Clean the airbrush immediately after each use to prevent nozzle or needle blockage.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Simple Cleaning
Clean your airbrush after each use and before each color change, or when it becomes clogged, to ensure proper function.
- Add water or cleaning cleaner into the airbrush cup. The cleaner will loosen and dissolve leftover paint. (Image: Cleaner added to cup)
- With the airbrush working, cover the airbrush nozzle with your index finger to block airflow. (Image: Finger blocking nozzle)
- Pull the trigger slightly until small bubbles appear, then flick the button back and forth for cleaning about 8-15 seconds. (Diagram: Trigger pulled, button flicked)
- Spray the liquid into a washing bottle (not included in the kit). (Image: Spraying into washing bottle)
Needle & Nozzle Cleaning
Clean the needle and nozzle if necessary. This method thoroughly cleans the paint passage, nozzle, and needle.
- Unscrew the handle. (Image: Handle unscrewed)
- Loosen the needle and chucking nut. (Image: Needle and nut loosened)
- Pull out the needle. (Image: Needle removed)
- Fold a soft cloth dampened with cleaner over the needle and wipe off residual paint. (Image: Needle wiped with cloth)
- Unscrew the airbrush nozzle. (Image: Nozzle unscrewed)
- Insert the cleaning needle or cleaning brush into the body for cleaning. (Image: Cleaning tool inserted)
- Insert the reamer to clean paint inside the nozzle. (Image: Reamer cleaning nozzle)
