General Terms and Conditions for the "MultiPass Campaign for Newly Purchased Wearable Devices"

1. Binding Nature of the Terms

By participating in the Campaign, you accept that these Terms are legally binding on you.

2. Campaign Organizer

The Campaign is organized by Aspiegel SE ('Aspiegel'), a company registered in Ireland, with its registered office at: 3rd floor, Mespil Court, Mespil Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, D04 E516, Ireland. Aspiegel is part of the Huawei group.

3. Campaign Territory

Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, France, Finland, Netherlands, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania, Moldova, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Israel, United Kingdom, Latvia, Germany, and Italy.

4. Campaign Duration

The Campaign begins on September 19, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+1) and ends on September 18, 2026, at 23:59 (UTC+1).

5. Eligibility Conditions

Participation is free. This offer is available to users of Huawei, other Android, and iOS devices who have a HUAWEI ID registered in one of the countries listed in Section 3 and reside there ('Participant'). The HUAWEI ID service region and the Participant's IP address must match their country of residence.

To participate, the user must have a newly purchased device from the following list that has not yet activated benefits under the Campaign:

HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Pro
HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2

Participants must download the HUAWEI Health application to their phone, log in with their HUAWEI ID, and pair the new device.

The HUAWEI Health application will recognize the smartwatch's serial number and display the 'MultiPass' benefit package provided by Huawei partner applications.

Please note:

The duration, content, and terms of use for each benefit are determined solely by the respective partner and may differ.
Benefits must be activated separately.
Consumers can claim benefits within 12 months of the product's appearance.
After clicking the activation button in the HUAWEI Health application, the partner must activate the benefit within 1 month.
Huawei does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility for the availability, quality, or content of partner services.
All benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other compensation.
Huawei and its partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate benefits at any time without prior notice.
The use of each benefit is subject to the terms of the respective partner.
The smartwatch serial number is processed by Aspiegel solely for verification purposes and is not shared with third parties in accordance with GDPR.
Each eligible device and user can participate only once.
Participants using Huawei and other Android devices must update the HUAWEI Health application to version 16.0.8.300 or later. Participants using iOS devices must download the HUAWEI Health: Europe application from the App Store and use version 16.0.8.306 or later.

6. Further Conditions

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Aspiegel reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Campaign for technical, security, legal, or other reasons.
Aspiegel may disqualify any participant who has violated these Terms.
Participants may not attempt to obtain more free trial benefits than permitted.
Aspiegel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or fatalities related to the Campaign to the extent permitted by law.
By participating, you release Aspiegel from all liability related to the Campaign. The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or managed by social media providers.
Aspiegel processes participants' personal data in accordance with GDPR solely for the purposes of the Campaign, including fraud prevention.
Aspiegel's decisions are final; no correspondence will be entered into.
The Campaign and these Terms are governed by Irish law. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Payment of any applicable taxes is the responsibility of the participants.
Aspiegel provides no express or implied warranties regarding the use, value, or quality of the free trial benefits.
