Nanotec offers custom machining for lead screws, supporting various screw end configurations:
- Screw end with chamfer
- Width across flats

- Non-locating bearing seat
- Locating bearing seat and press fit
- Smooth screw ends
For applications requiring enhanced service life and performance, lead screws are available with an optional DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. This protective coating improves friction characteristics, potentially increasing the service life of mating nuts by approximately 100%.

Customers can select lead screws based on thread code, screw end types, desired screw length (ranging from 50 to 500 mm), and the required number of pieces. Detailed specifications and dimensions are provided on the following pages.

- The standard tolerance for screw length is +3/+0 mm.
- For lead screws in stock, delivery time is typically one week for 1-24 pieces and approximately two weeks for 25 or more pieces. Stock availability can be checked on the Nanotec website.
- For larger quantities or custom modifications, please contact the Nanotec sales department at info@us.nanotec.com.
- Deburring creates a chamfer with an undefined angle and size, ensuring optimal screw entry and reducing the risk of injuries. If no specific selection is made, screws will be deburred at no additional processing cost.
