Product Overview
The CON1200RD features an SDS+ chuck for quick bit changes, a rotation stop switch, a hammer action selector, and a trigger. The front handle can be repositioned for user comfort. Refer to the diagrams for detailed component identification.
Operation
Before starting, select and insert the appropriate drill bit or chisel. Adjust the front handle for optimal positioning. Select the desired operating mode (Drill Only, Hammer Drill, or Hammer only). For vertical overhead drilling, use the dust shield cup. Position the tool against the surface and pull the trigger. For hammer action, ensure the tool is in contact with the surface before starting.
Maintenance and Servicing
After use, clean the tool and remove any dust or debris. Keep the handle clean and free from oil and grease. Worn or damaged parts should be replaced by qualified personnel. Periodically check and top up the gearbox grease with a high melting point grease. Do not overfill the gearbox.
