Both travel trailers feature everything America loves about the Jay Flight, but in a smaller package. The Swift SLX, at just 2,330 pounds, is light enough to be towed by most minivans, SUVs, and crossovers.*

Jay Flight Swift

Wall Construction
- 2" x 2" wooden studs: Creates Jay Flight's long-lasting framework.
- Hand-tucked and glued fiberglass insulation (R-7): Prevents insulation from sagging over time, helping increase insulation value near studs.
- Extra-wide corner seals: Prevents leaks on the corner molds, baggage and entrance doors, and window seals.
Floor Construction
- Wall-to-wall vinyl flooring: Wipes up easily, a perfect fit for families.
- 5/8" decking on 2" x 3" wooden joists: Creates a solid foundation (n/a SLX).
- Fiberglass insulation (R-7): Maintains interior temperatures.
- Full-width outriggers: Supports wall weight with 4-foot spacing (vs. 8-foot spacing) and provides a wall-to-wall, full-width design.
Roof Construction
- 3/8" decking on 4 1/2" arched wooden trusses: Handles the elements.
- Fiberglass insulation (R-7): Maintains interior temperatures.
- Seamless rubber roof: Features one-piece construction, ensuring better leak protection.
Other Features
- Galvanized steel wheel wells (select models): Reduces heat loss through floor; prevents floor damage in case of a blown tire.
- Integrated A-frame: Runs through the frame, preventing the hitch from buckling because it isn't tack welded.

- Unloaded Vehicle Weight (UVW): Typical weight of the trailer as built at the factory, excluding cargo, fluids, options, etc.
- Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR): Maximum permissible weight of the trailer, including UVW plus all additions.
- Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC): Maximum weight of passengers, personal items, food, water, propane, tools, and accessories that can be carried.
- Hitch Weight (HW): Weight exerted on the hitch by the trailer, excluding cargo, fluids, etc.
