Getting Started

Place your phone on the charging surface of the power bank. Press the power button once (x1) to turn the charger ON. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds (2s) to turn it OFF.

Important Safety Instructions

When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed:

  • This wireless charger is not compatible with non-Magsafe phone cases, such as Otterbox Defender cases.
  • Do not use an adapter with an output of 5V/1A (5W) or less.
  • High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power. It is recommended to charge your device in environments with temperatures below 25°C / 77°F.
  • Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or personal injury.
  • Operating temperature should be between 0°C to 35°C / 32°F to 95°F.
  • Do not disassemble this product. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or personal injury.
  • CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
  • To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
  • Do not expose the power bank to rain or snow.
  • Do not use the power bank if it is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
  • Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 100°C may cause explosion.
  • Switch off the power bank when not in use.
  • CAUTION: Risk of Fire and Burns. Do Not Open, Crush or Incinerate. Follow Manufacturer's Instructions.
