With EcoFlow PowerGlow, you can make use of clean and sustainable solar energy for water heating. Combine with PowerOcean, or integrate with a third-party PV system using a smart meter to utilize surplus solar energy to heat your water and elevate your water heating experience.

EcoFlow PowerGlow can dynamically adjust heating power at the watt level to maximize every bit of surplus solar power for water heating. Its starting power reaches as low as 5W*, meaning less energy is wasted and more solar power is used.

The EcoFlow app provides a visual interface for monitoring energy consumption and savings, allowing intelligent control of water heating.

Example App Interface:

The app displays key metrics such as solar generation, consumption, and total earnings. It shows daily and monthly income, with options to view by month or year. A calendar view highlights daily earnings. The interface also shows the status of solar energy distribution (Exporting, Solar, Home, Charging) and energy independence levels.

*The 5W startup is based on PowerGlow hardware. For optimal energy use, we recommend a 50W startup when paired with PowerOcean in solar mode and 30W when using it with a smart meter due to variations in meter and home storage system precision.

Manual Mode: Set your target temperature and heating power manually.
Solar Mode: PowerGlow utilizes surplus solar power for heating.

When used independently:

Manual Mode: Set your target temperature and heating power manually.
Smart Mode: Set target temperature and time. PowerGlow will auto-adjust power to reach the set temperature within the set time.

EcoFlow PowerGlow features black gold materials that reduce rod magnetism and limescale buildup, extending lifespan and efficiency. Its thermal protection prevents dry-burning, ensuring long-term safety and reliability.

Note: EcoFlow PowerGlow should always be used with adequate water in the tank to prevent potential dry-fire hazards.

Note: When PowerGlow is integrated with PowerOcean, the PowerOcean DC Fit is not supported.
