Safety Instructions
To prevent accidents including electric shock or fire caused by improper use, please read this manual carefully before use and retain it for future reference.
Warning
- This product can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with physical, sensory, intellectual deficiencies, or limited experience or knowledge, under the supervision of a parent or guardian to ensure safe operation and avoid hazards. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- The vacuum is not a toy. Children shall not play with or operate this product. Exercise caution when using the vacuum near children. Do not allow children to clean or maintain the vacuum unless supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Do not use the vacuum outdoors or on wet surfaces. Only use on dry indoor surfaces. Do not touch the plug or any part of the vacuum with wet hands.
- To reduce the risk of fire, explosion, or injury, ensure the lithium battery and charging adapter are undamaged before use. Do not use if either is damaged.
- The multi-surface brush, soft roller brush, motorized mini-brush, battery, metal connector pin, and vacuum are electrically conductive and should not be immersed in water or other liquid. Ensure all filters are dry after cleaning.
- Prevent injury from moving parts. Turn off the vacuum before cleaning brushes. Ensure the multi-surface brush, soft roller brush, dust compartment, and filter are properly installed before use.
- Only use the original charging adapter. Using an unoriginal adapter may cause the lithium battery to catch fire.
- Do not use the vacuum to pick up flammable or combustible liquids (e.g., gasoline, bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners).
- Do not use the vacuum to pick up sharp or hard objects (e.g., glass, nails, screws, coins) which may damage the machine. Do not pick up drywall particles, fireplace ash, or smoking or burning materials (e.g., coal, cigarette butts, matches).
- Check the area to be cleaned before use. Clear large paper, spitballs, plastic cloth, or sharp objects that could block openings.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other body parts away from the vacuum's openings and moving parts. Do not point the extension rod, wand, or tools at your eyes or ears, or put them in your mouth.
- Do not insert objects into the vacuum's openings. Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair, or other items that may reduce airflow.
- Do not rest the vacuum against unstable surfaces (e.g., chairs, tables) as this may cause damage or personal injury. If the vacuum is damaged or malfunctioning, contact the authorized service department. Never attempt to disassemble the device yourself.
- Follow all instructions for recharging the battery. Improper charging within the specified temperature range could damage the battery.
- Only use accessories and replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer.
- Be extra careful when using the vacuum to clean stairs.
- Ensure the vacuum is unplugged when not used for extended periods or prior to maintenance/repairs.
- Do not install, charge, or use this product outdoors, in bathrooms, or around a pool.
- Fire Hazard Warning: Do not apply fragrances to the vacuum's filter, as they may contain flammable chemicals.
- Only use the original charger (Model ZD012M300065BS).
- Only use the approved battery type (Model V2315-7S1P-SCA).
- If battery material is released, evacuate the area until batteries cool and fumes dissipate. Provide maximum ventilation to clear hazardous gases and avoid skin/eye contact or inhalation of vapors.
- Remove spilled liquid with absorbent material and incinerate waste.
- Do not use or store in extreme temperatures (below 0°C/32°F or above 40°C/104°F). Charge between 0°C/32°F and 40°C/104°F.
- This product is designed for home use only.
- Supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Ensure the plug is removed from the socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining appliances with rotating brushes or water-suction features.

Installation
Vacuum and Accessories Installation
Diagram C-1 shows the assembly process: The main vacuum body connects to the extension rod, which then connects to the floor head. Arrows indicate the connection points.
Wall Mount Installation
Install the mount in a cool, dry place near a power outlet, clear of pipes, air ducts, electric wires, or drainage lines.
- Measure the wall to find the installation height of 102 cm (40.2 inches) above the ground.
- Mark and drill two 8 mm (0.315 inch) diameter holes into the wall. Insert the wall plugs into the holes.
- Align the mount's position holes with the wall holes and fasten it with the included screws. (See Diagram C-2)
Operation
Charging
Connecting the charger to the wall mount:
- Rotate the clip on the bottom of the wall mount 90 degrees counterclockwise to remove it.
- Insert the power cord into the clip's notch.
- Rotate the clip 90 degrees clockwise until it clicks into place. (See Diagram D-1)
Place the vacuum cleaner on the wall mount and plug the charger into the charging port. (See Diagram D-2)
Battery Status Indicator

- Charging:
- Fully charged: Solid white light.
- Charging: Blinking white light.
- Discharging: Battery Level ≥ 10% (Solid white light), Battery Level < 10% (Blinking white light).
Note:
- The vacuum cannot be used while charging.
- Fully charge the vacuum before first use (approx. 3 hours).
- Vacuuming at Turbo mode for extended periods can cause the battery to heat up, increasing charging time. Allow the vacuum to cool for 30 minutes before charging.
Working Method
Press and hold the power button to start the appliance, and release it to stop immediately. (See Diagram D-4)
Switching Suction Level
Press briefly to switch between Eco, Med, and Turbo modes. (See Diagram D-5)
Using Different Accessories
Multi-Surface Brush
Suitable for vacuuming on medium/low pile carpets, tiles, and floors. (See Diagram D-6)
Note:
- The multi-surface brush can attach directly to the vacuum.
- When the appliance starts, the brush roller lights automatically turn on.
Combination Tool
Suitable for vacuuming cracks, corners of doors and windows, stairs, and other hard-to-reach places. (See Diagram D-7)
Note:
- If any rotating part becomes stuck, the vacuum may shut off automatically. Remove trapped foreign objects, then resume use.
- When the battery overheats, the vacuum will automatically shut off. Wait until the battery temperature returns to normal, then resume use.
Care & Maintenance
Tips
- Always use genuine parts to maintain warranty.
- If the filter or nozzle becomes clogged, the vacuum will stop working shortly after being turned on. Clean it to restore functionality.
- If the vacuum is not used for an extended period, fully charge it, unplug the charger, remove the battery, and store it in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To avoid over-discharging, recharge the battery at least once every three months.
Cleaning the Vacuum
Wipe the vacuum with a soft dry cloth.
Cleaning the Dust Cup, Pre-Filter, and Cyclone Assembly
Before cleaning, disconnect the charger and ensure the power button is off.
- Press the dust cup release button and remove the dust cup. (See Diagram E-1)
- Remove the pre-filter first, then rotate the cyclone system to lift it out. (See Diagram E-2)
- Empty the dust cup. (See Diagram E-3)
- Rinse the cyclone assembly, pre-filter, and dust cup until clean. Air dry for at least 24 hours. (See Diagram E-4)
Note:
- It is recommended to clean the dust cup after use.
- It is recommended to clean the cyclone system and pre-filter every 3 to 4 months.
Replacing the Battery Pack
The vacuum has a removable rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack with a limited number of recharge cycles. After extended use, it may no longer hold a charge, indicating the end of its life cycle.
- Press the battery pack release button and slide the battery pack to the right to remove it. (See Diagram E-13)
- Install the new battery pack.
Cleaning the Filter
Recommended cleaning: once every 4 to 6 months.
- Remove the dust cup as shown in the figure. (See Diagram E-7)
- Remove the filter by pulling it downwards. (See Diagram E-8)
- Rinse the filter with a 360° rotation. Tap it several times to remove debris. (See Diagram E-9)
Note:
- Only use clean water to wash the filter; do not use detergent.
- Do not clean the filter with a brush or finger.
- Allow the filter to air dry for 24 hours. (See Diagram E-10)
Installing the Filter
- Insert the filter into the vacuum. (See Diagram E-11)
- Reinstall the dust cup. (See Diagram E-12)
Cleaning the Multi-Surface Brush
- Press the roller release button until it clicks. (See Diagram E-14)
- Detach the side brush cover and remove the brush roller. (See Diagram E-15)
- Use scissors to cut off tangled hair and fibers. Wipe dust from the notch and brush cover with a dry cloth or paper towel. (See Diagram E-16)
- Rinse the brush roller with clean water until clean. (See Diagram E-17)
- Stand the brush roller upright to air dry for at least 24 hours. (See Diagram E-18)

Battery Disposal Information:
- The lithium-ion battery pack contains hazardous substances. Dispose of or recycle the battery pack according to local laws and regulations.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before removing the battery. Keep batteries out of reach of children. Never put batteries in mouth. If swallowed, contact a physician or poison control center.
- Avoid contact with leaking battery fluid. If contact occurs, rinse with water. If it contacts eyes, seek medical help immediately. Leaking fluid may cause irritation or burns.
