This document details the Fischer FRS series of pipe clamps, including the standard FRS, FRS zl (with high corrosion protection), and FRS A2/A4 (stainless steel) models. These clamps are designed for secure pipe fixing using threaded rods or stud screws, offering features like sound insulation and fire safety compliance.

Fischer Pipe Clamp FRS

The standard two-screw pipe clamp with combination connecting thread. Suitable for dry interior areas.

Applications: Secure fixing for pipes with threaded rods or stud screws, especially where fire protection requirements exist. For use in dry interior areas.

Advantages: Independently tested fire safety, easy adjustment for pipe diameter, M8/M10 connecting nut for flexible mounting, sound insulation insert for noise reduction and corrosion prevention, screw safety feature for reliable installation.

Properties: Material: steel DC01 (zinc-plated). Connecting nut: M8/M10. Sound insulation insert: EPDM (chlorine-free, silicone-free). Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C. Fire behaviour: DIN 4102: Class B2.

Certificates: CE ✅, ETA ? (ETA-21/0253), R 120 ?120, R 30 MLAR ?30.

Advantages: Similar to FRS: easy adjustment, M8/M10 connecting nut, sound insulation insert, screw safety feature.

Properties: Material: steel DC01 with zinclamella coating. Sound insulation insert: EPDM. Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C. Fire behaviour: DIN 4102: Class B2.

Visual Description: Similar to the FRS clamp but with a distinct coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. Installation diagrams are provided.

Fischer Pipe Clamp FRS A2/A4

Two-screw pipe clamp with simple connecting thread, made from stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Applications: Secure fixing for pipes with threaded rods or stud screws. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and environments with high stress due to corrosion. FRS A2 is not suitable for use in environments containing chlorine.

Advantages: Similar to FRS: fire test report for safety, easy adjustment, M8/M10 connecting nut, sound insulation insert, screw safety feature.

Properties: Material: stainless steel A2 (1.4301) or A4 (1.4401). Sound insulation insert: EPDM. Temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C. Fire behaviour: DIN 4102: Class B2.
