The Aqara Touchscreen Switch S100 is a smart switch featuring a 1.3-inch high-definition touchscreen. The switch supports gesture swiping and quick scene switching, functions as a Thread Border Router, and includes two relay channels. It allows for remote control via an app, real-time power consumption monitoring, and monthly energy consumption statistics.
Components
The switch unit comprises the following main parts:

Installation Method

- Mounting:
- Mount the switch unit to the electrical box using the provided screws.
- Attach the frame to the switch unit with screws.
- Attach the faceplate cover to the frame.
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch. The screen should turn on normally if the installation is correct.
- Pairing (Matter Ecosystem):
- Double-press any button, then press and hold for 5 seconds until the green indicator light blinks, indicating pairing mode.
- Open a Matter-compatible app and scan the QR code displayed on the switch's screen.
- Follow the app's instructions to complete the process.
- Pairing (Aqara Home):
- A Matter Controller-compatible Aqara Hub (e.g., Hub M3) is required.
- Double-press any button, then press and hold for 5 seconds until the green indicator light blinks and the QR code appears.
- In the Aqara Home app, tap 'Add Accessory,' select 'Touchscreen Switch S100,' and scan the QR code on the screen.
- Follow the app's instructions.
Indicator Light Description
- Green light quickly flashes 3 times: Device powered on.
- Green light flashes slowly: Pairing/Seeking Device.
- Green light flashes quickly: Pairing/Seeking Device (Thread protocol).
- Green light stays on for 1s: Pairing successful.
- Red light stays on: Device online.
- Red light flashes slowly 3 times: Device voltage is unstable; connect to a higher power load.
- Yellow light flashes quickly: Seeking device.
Button Operation
- Single press: Turn On/Off.
- Double press, then press and hold for 5 seconds (within 3 seconds): Reset the Device/Enable Pairing.
- Press any button 10 times continuously: Reset to factory settings.
