Active Noise-Cancelling & Hear-Through
The ATH-ANC900BT features active noise-cancelling (ANC) to reduce ambient noise by outputting an inverse phase sound. It primarily targets noise below 300 Hz. The 'Hear-Through' function allows ambient sound to be heard via the microphone. A 'Quick Hear-Through' function focuses on voices.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Connect to Bluetooth devices by pairing. Ensure the device is within 1 meter for initial pairing. The product supports multi-pairing and can be re-paired if necessary. The effective communication range depends on obstructions and radio wave conditions.
Product Operation
Control music playback (play/pause, volume, track selection) and phone calls (answer, reject, end, call volume) via the touch panel on the left earcup. The product also offers ambience control to switch between noise-cancelling and hear-through modes.
Charging the Battery
Fully charge the battery before first use. Charging takes approximately 5.5 hours. During charging, Bluetooth connectivity is disabled. Use only the included USB charging cable.
Troubleshooting
This manual provides solutions for common issues such as power problems, pairing difficulties, sound issues (no sound, distortion, delay), charging failures, and noise-cancelling malfunctions. It also details how to perform a reset function.
Specifications
Key specifications include a 40 mm driver, frequency response of 5 to 45,000 Hz, Bluetooth version 5.0, and an operating time of up to 35 hours with Bluetooth and noise cancelling active.
