6. FAQ
-
Why does fog often appear on the screen?
To ensure screen safety, a layer of tempered glass is added to the exterior. To ensure heat radiation, a gap is maintained between layers for air convection. Fog appears due to a temperature difference between the screen and the external environment, causing hot air to condense on the cooler glass surface. This fog does not affect normal use and will evaporate after several hours of operation.
-
Why are the boot times of the devices in different meeting rooms different?
Generally, using external U disks or browsing online can introduce viruses. This can lead to the disk space being fully occupied or the system disk becoming damaged, resulting in slower boot times.
-
The attached touch pens are limited. Is there any object that can replace the touch pen for flexible writing and at the same time does not damage the screen?
Fingers can be temporarily used for writing. If necessary, additional writing pens can be purchased.
-
After used for some time, the screen is overheated. Is it normal? Will it bring any bad influence?
It is normal for the screen to overheat, and it will not bring any bad influence. The current heat radiation design of the machine is industry-leading and complies with international health standards.
-
Will it be harmful for eyes in case of use for a long time?
Human eyes perceive flickering at 50 Hz and above. If the frequency is below 50 Hz, eye muscles must continuously adjust, leading to fatigue. The LCD used in this product operates at 60 Hz and 120 Hz, frequencies at which human eyes cannot perceive flickering. This significantly reduces eye fatigue compared to products with lower refresh rates.
