Instructions for Use

Prepare the Lancing Device:
Insert a new lancet into the lancing device. Twist off the protective cap. Pull the slider back until it clicks to cock the device. Remove the protective cap from the lancet. Replace the protective cap onto the lancing device.

Prepare the Blood Glucose Meter:
Ensure the meter is ready for use. Insert a test strip into the test strip port.

Obtain a Blood Sample:
Gently squeeze the finger. Wipe away the first drop of blood. Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood sample. The blood will be drawn into the test strip automatically.

Perform the Test:
The meter will display a countdown. After the countdown, the result will be shown on the screen.

Dispose of Used Materials:
Safely remove the used test strip and lancet. Dispose of them in a suitable container.

Meter Operation:
The meter displays the blood glucose level, time, and other indicators. It can be turned on/off.

Test Strip Usage:
Use only FORA 6 test strips with the FORA 6 Plus meter. Ensure the test strip is inserted correctly.

Result Interpretation:
The meter displays results in mg/dL. The display shows the glucose level, time, and memory indicators.

Memory Function:
The meter stores previous test results. You can recall these results.

Power Off:
The meter will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity, or can be manually turned off.
