The FSP A03-XE1 series comprises AC-DC switching power supplies in an ultra-compact, low-profile package measuring 35.7 x 25.0 x 19.0 mm. These converters deliver 3 watts and are designed for industrial control applications and standby power requirements.

Ripple & Noise Test Setup

The diagram illustrates the test setup for ripple and noise measurement. It shows the input voltage (Vin) connected to the power supply, with output voltage (Vout) measured across a load. A parallel combination of a 47μF capacitor and a 0.1μF capacitor is placed across the output terminals. A ground lead is also indicated.

Derating Curve

The derating curve graph plots the Load percentage on the Y-axis against Temperature (°C) on the X-axis. The curve starts at 120% load at -25°C, decreases linearly to 100% load at approximately 60°C, and continues to decrease to 80% load at 85°C. This indicates that the output load capacity is reduced at higher temperatures.
