Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly:
- Attach components E (x 2) to the cross rails.
- Secure the cross rails using screws F (x 4) and the hex wrench D. Ensure the cross rails are level (a = b).
- Slide the mounting brackets (B) onto the cross rails (A).
- Position the roof rack on the vehicle's roof, ensuring adequate spacing (e.g., 27.6" or 70cm).
- Insert and lock the cross rails using the provided keys (C). The locking mechanism should engage securely.
- Tighten the fasteners to 6 N-m using the hex wrench (D).

- When carrying multiple surfboards, place them on top of each other.
