Important Safety Instructions

Instructions for Use
- Before first use, clean the plates with a slightly damp cloth. Dry them thoroughly and apply a small amount of oil with a cloth or kitchen paper.
- Before each use, apply a little oil to the plates.
- Place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure the collector tray (5) is in place to catch juices and fats.
- The grill can be used fully open. To open, press and hold the opening button (6) and rotate it to a horizontal position. Ensure the upper plate's spout is positioned over the collector tray to prevent spills.
- Connect the appliance to the mains. The "On" indicator light (3) will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature selector (2) clockwise to choose the desired temperature. After a few minutes, the "Ready" indicator light (4) will illuminate, indicating the plates have reached the correct temperature.
- Lift the upper plate using the handle (1) and place food on the lower plate. Close the plate.
- If the grill is open horizontally, place food directly on the plates.
- Always use heat-resistant utensils (e.g., wood) to move or turn food. Metal utensils may scratch the surface.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the mains before cleaning.
- Clean the plates while they are still warm, as this makes cleaning easier. Wipe with a damp cloth; use a little oil for stubborn residues.
- Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning products, metal scouring pads, or similar items that could damage the coating.
- The collector tray (5) can be washed with water and dish soap.
Environmental Protection
As a consumer, when you wish to dispose of this appliance, please take it to a designated waste collection center or container for proper treatment. Do not discard it in household waste, as this contributes to environmental protection.
