Before you begin to enjoy all the benefits of sophisticated technology in the comfort of your home, please take a few moments to carefully read the instructions in this manual. Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE and utilize this device only for its intended use as described in this manual.

LUNA™ 4 play OVERVIEW

Discover the LUNA™ 4 play, a device designed to elevate your skincare routine. It utilizes gentle T-Sonic™ pulsations and ultra-hygienic silicone bristles to effectively break up and remove oil, sweat, makeup, and SPF from deep within pores. Beyond cleansing, it also massages the skin to improve lymphatic drainage and boost radiance, offering an effective and addictive skincare experience.

T-SONIC™ PULSATIONS: Deliver 8 adjustable intensities and up to 8,000 pulsations per minute for deep and effective cleansing.
INDICATOR LIGHT: Signals low battery, charging status, Bluetooth pairing mode, and Remote Control mode.
SMART SWEDISH DESIGN: 100% waterproof and bacteria-resistant, designed to reduce breakouts. It is 35x more hygienic than nylon facial cleansing brushes.
PLUS & MINUS BUTTONS: Allow adjustment of T-Sonic™ pulsation intensity to perfectly suit your skin's needs.
UNIVERSAL POWER BUTTON: Turns the device on and off.

HOW TO USE YOUR LUNA™ 4 play

UNLOCK YOUR DEVICE

Before first use, download the FOREO For You mobile app to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:

Download the FOREO For You app on your mobile phone.
Log in to your existing account, or sign up for a new one.
Add device (on the top of your screen).
Choose the device series.
Follow the instructions on the app and fill in the purchase information.

HOW TO USE

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

APPLY CLEANSER: Apply your facial cleanser evenly over a damp face and neck. For optimal results, FOREO recommends its Micro-Foam Cleanser, which transforms into delicate microbubbles that work effectively with the LUNA™ 4 play.
CLEANSE: Wet the LUNA™ 4 play. Press the universal button to turn on the device. Adjust the T-Sonic™ pulsation intensity using the '+' and '-' buttons. Glide the device in circular motions over your face and neck for up to 1 minute, or until skin is cleansed.
RINSE: Once finished, press the universal button to turn off the LUNA™ 4 play (it will also automatically turn off after 1 minute). Rinse your face, neck, and the device.

NOTE: Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based, or grainy cleansers, exfoliators, or scrubs, as they may damage the device's soft silicone touchpoints.

TIP: You can customize your device settings via the FOREO app.

CLEANING YOUR LUNA™ 4 play

Always clean the LUNA™ 4 play thoroughly after each use. Wash the brush surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. For optimal results, spray the device with FOREO Silicone Cleaning Spray once a week and rinse with warm water.

NOTE: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage the silicone.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION ⚠️

If you have a skin condition or any medical concerns, please consult a dermatologist before use.
Cleansing with LUNA™ 4 play should be comfortable. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Exercise particular care when cleansing the under-eye regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves.
For hygiene reasons, do not share your LUNA™ 4 play with anyone else.
Avoid leaving your LUNA™ 4 play in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat or boiling water.
Close supervision is necessary when this device is used by, on, or near children and individuals with reduced physical or mental abilities.
Discontinue use if this product appears damaged in any way. This product contains no serviceable parts.
Given the efficiency of the FOREO cleansing routine, it is recommended not to use LUNA™ 4 play for more than 3 minutes at a time.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Precautions for changes in the performance of LUNA™ 4 play.

Device Not Activating

If LUNA™ 4 play is not activated when pressing the universal button:

Battery is dead. Recharge using the USB charging cable for up to 2 hours until fully charged, then restart your device by holding down the universal button.

Device Unresponsive

If LUNA™ 4 play cannot be switched off and/or interface buttons do not respond:

The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Press and hold the universal button to restart the device.

Syncing Issues with FOREO App

If LUNA™ 4 play won't sync to the FOREO app:

Ensure your device is fully charged and Bluetooth is turned on.
Toggle your Bluetooth off and then on again to try reconnecting.
Close and reopen the FOREO app to restart the process.
Delete and reinstall the application, as it may need an update. After reinstalling, restart your phone.
Clear your phone's cookies and cache memory.

DISPOSAL INFORMATION

Disposal of old electronic equipment (applicable in the EU and other European countries with separate waste collection systems).

This device should not be treated as household waste. It must be brought to the appropriate collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. Proper disposal helps prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health. Recycling materials conserves natural resources. For more information about recycling, contact your local household waste disposal service or place of purchase.

BATTERY REMOVAL

NOTE: This process is not reversible. It must only be undertaken when the device is ready for disposal.

This device contains a lithium-ion battery that must be removed before disposal and should not be thrown away with household waste. To remove the battery:

Remove the silicone outer layer.
Open the inner plastic shell.
Remove the battery.

Dispose of the battery in accordance with your local environmental regulations. Wear gloves during this process for your safety.
