Campaign Overview
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Tivibulu Internet Continuation Campaign by TTNET A.Ş. (the Operator) for existing Türk Telekom Evde Internet subscribers. The campaign offers a commitment period of 18 months for various internet, IPTV, and Alo Paket (phone) services.
Internet Packages for Subscribers with Landline
These packages are available for subscribers who have a landline service.

Notes: Prices include 20% VAT and 10% SCT. Speed is dependent on the subscriber's infrastructure. The Yalın Internet transition fee is 39 TL (discounted from 75 TL). Existing subscribers transitioning to Yalın Internet pay a one-time fee of 80 TL.

Package Content:
- Tivibu Ev Aile Paketi: Includes local and foreign channels, news, lifestyle, music, and children's programs.
- Tivibu Ev Sinema Paketi: Offers exclusive cinema, documentary channels, news, lifestyle, music, and children's programs.
- Tivibu Ev Spor Paketi: Features sports programs like football, basketball, tennis, and golf, along with documentaries, news, lifestyle, music, and children's programs.
- Tivibu Ev Süper Paketi: Combines local and foreign channels, exclusive sports, cinema, series, documentaries, news, lifestyle, music, education, and children's programs.
The monthly device usage fee for the Tivibu Ev Receiver (3.11 TL) is waived during the campaign. Other paid content is billed separately.
Campaign Conditions
- Commitment: Subscribers commit to an 18-month period for selected internet, IPTV, and Alo Paket services.
- Pricing: Subscribers receive discounted monthly rates for the 18-month commitment period. Standard tariffs apply thereafter.
- Package Changes: Subscribers may change their internet or IPTV package during the commitment period, provided the new package price is not lower than the current one. Discounts will be recalculated. Changes that violate these terms may result in penalties.
- Service Interruption/Cancellation: Early termination or breach of contract terms will result in charges for accumulated discounts, device costs, setup fees, and any outstanding service charges. Equipment (HGW modem, ONT, accessories) must be returned within 7 days of cancellation. Failure to return equipment will incur charges.
- Line Suspension/Non-Payment: If the line is suspended due to non-payment or other reasons, the commitment period will be extended. Campaign benefits will not be available during suspension.
- Relocation: Subscribers can request relocation of services within Turkey. If service cannot be provided at the new location due to technical limitations, and the move is documented, no early termination fee will be charged. Equipment must be returned if no longer needed.
- Equipment Return: Specific instructions are provided for returning modems (HGW) and ONTs. Failure to return equipment in good condition with all accessories will result in charges.
