Campaign Conditions and Details

Infrastructure Type Selection: If the subscriber's location is suitable for Fiber infrastructure, packages up to 16 Mbps and 24 Mbps will only be offered on a "Fiber to the Building" basis if the infrastructure does not support higher speeds. The 12 Mbps package is for subscribers whose infrastructure does not support higher speeds. Subscribers with higher speed capabilities must choose the relevant higher-speed packages. Those selecting a lower-speed package despite having higher capability will be billed at the 16 Mbps rate. Subscribers experiencing issues with 16 Mbps can request a speed/package change to a 12 Mbps package without this being considered a campaign violation.

Fixed Phone Line Cancellation: If a subscriber with a fixed phone line and internet service cancels their fixed phone line, their internet subscription will automatically convert to a "Yalin Internet" (Standalone Internet) service, if technically feasible. If the subscriber has an ongoing campaign with a discount for the internet service at the time of conversion to Yalin Internet, they will be billed based on the discounted Yalin access fee. If there is no active campaign, they will be billed at the current Yalin access tariff. A one-time fee for conversion to Yalin Internet will be applied to the first bill.

Fees and Discounts:

• For "Yalin Internet" and "Alo Paket" subscribers, the monthly access fee / ALO Paket monthly fixed fee is included in the package prices. The standard fee is 75 TL (including taxes). With the campaign, the Yalin monthly access fee is discounted by 19 TL to 56 TL (including taxes), and the ALO Paket monthly fixed fee is discounted by 15 TL to 60 TL (including taxes).
• For new "Yalin Internet" applications, the 33 TL (including taxes) "Devre Hazırlama Ücreti" (Circuit Preparation Fee) is waived under this campaign.
• For new internet subscriptions, the 1620 TL (including taxes) "Bağlantı Ücreti" (Connection Fee) is waived under this campaign.
• If identity verification is performed by a digital courier to the requested address, a 216 TL on-site identity verification service fee will be billed in 18 installments.

Modem Information:

• Standard modems support IEEE 802.11 AC (WiFi 5) standards. Premium modems support IEEE 802.11 AX (WiFi 6) standards.
• WiFi 6 offers wider channels, more bandwidth, multi-user support, and faster performance compared to WiFi 5.
• For subscribers using Fiber infrastructure (FTTH) during the 18-month commitment period:
• A modem usage fee of 60 TL will apply for WiFi 5 HGW Fiber Power Modems.
• A modem usage fee of 75 TL will apply for WiFi 6 HGW Fiber Power Modems.
• HGW Fiber Power Modems are subject to stock availability and package speed. After the commitment period, subscribers will be charged the current HGW modem usage fee.

Device Return Policy:

• If a subscriber cancels their FIBERNET subscription (and does not have a Türk Telekom voice service) or cancels both voice and FIBERNET services, they must return the HGW modem and the accompanying ONT (signal converter) device, along with all accessories (adapter, Ethernet cable, etc.), to a Türk Telekom office within 7 days of cancellation.
• This return requirement also applies in cases of contract termination due to non-payment or technical reasons.
• If the subscriber moves to a new address outside of Fiber infrastructure (FTTH standalone packages) where the HGW modem and ONT are not needed, they must return the devices and accessories during the relocation application.
• If a new HGW modem and/or ONT device is provided due to a fault, the subscriber must return the existing device(s) and accessories at the time of receiving the new ones.
• Failure to return the devices and accessories as specified will result in the subscriber being charged for the cost of the HGW modem and/or ONT device, including accessories. Current information on device costs can be obtained from Türk Telekom offices, dealers, or the call center (Individual: 444 1 444; Corporate: 444 5 444).

Switching Discount:

• Subscribers selecting packages of 50 Mbps or higher speeds can receive an additional discount on their campaign prices. If they submit their final invoice from their previous internet service provider to LETME within 60 days of cancellation, they will receive a discount of up to 160 TL per month (totaling up to 800 TL including taxes) on their home internet bills. The discount amount may vary based on the early termination fee incurred from the previous provider.

TTNET Alo Paket Options:

Prices listed in the table include 20% VAT and 10% Special Consumption Tax (ÖİV).

• The "Alo Paket Konuştukça Öde" package does not include free minutes. Charges apply based on the called number and duration: 0.60 TL/min for intra-city and inter-city calls, 0.78 TL/min for international Tier 1 fixed lines, and 0.89 TL/min for mobile numbers.
• For subscribers without a fixed phone line, the one-time 50 TL (including taxes) "ALO Paket Bağlantı Ücreti" (ALO Paket Connection Fee) is waived under this campaign.
• For subscribers with a fixed phone line at Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. ("Türk Telekom"), the one-time 50 TL (including taxes) "ALO Paket Geçiş Ücreti" (ALO Paket Transition Fee) is discounted by 17 TL to 33 TL (including taxes) under this campaign. If free minutes within a package are consumed, current package rates from www.turktelekom.com.tr will apply.

General Campaign Terms:

1. Subscribers can benefit from the campaign by selecting the internet and, optionally, the Alo Tariff Package from the tables above and signing this agreement. The commitment is for 18 months ("Commitment Period") starting from the service activation date. If an "TTNET Alo Paket" is included, its commitment is also for 18 months.
2. Subscribers will be charged the discounted monthly fee for the selected internet and Alo tariff package for 18 months. After this period, they will be billed according to the current tariffs for INTERNET and VOICE Services.
3. During the 18-month commitment period, speed/package changes are permitted, provided the new package's price is not lower than the current campaign entry package price. The discount amount will be updated based on the new package from the date of change. If the commitment is violated, the unaccrued portion of the provided discounts, device costs, or other benefits will be collected from the subscriber. If the total unaccrued service fees are less than this amount, the lower amount will be billed. Any remaining installments for devices/services sold on installment, past usage fees, and other applicable charges will also be billed.
4. The initial period from the subscription date to the first billing date will be calculated and billed based on the discounted internet service tariff selected in the campaign.
5. Except for items specified as discounted or free, the discount provided for internet service under this campaign covers only the monthly usage fees of the selected package from the table.
6. Fees for optional value-added services will be billed separately.
7. Infrastructure Provider Port Saturation: If the infrastructure provider's port saturation rate reaches 95%, and the provider cannot meet LETME's request, LETME may not be able to fulfill the subscriber's line suspension request. TTNET bears no responsibility for unfulfilled requests due to port saturation. If the subscriber's line is suspended during the Commitment Period (due to port saturation or non-payment) and then reactivated, the Commitment Period will be extended by the duration of the suspension. The subscriber cannot use campaign benefits during the suspension period. Benefits can be used after reactivation, considering the remaining commitment period and campaign rules. If the subscriber exits the campaign before the extended Commitment Period ends (due to their own actions), it will be considered a campaign violation.
8. The stamp tax arising from this Campaign Agreement will be billed to the subscriber once.
9. If the subscriber violates campaign conditions, withdraws from the campaign, cancels their subscription, unilaterally terminates the agreement, or causes LETME to terminate it, or switches to a lower-priced package before the 18-month commitment period ends, the uncollected portion of discounts, device costs, or other benefits provided up to that point will be collected from the subscriber, as per legal regulations. If the total unaccrued service fees are less than this amount, the lower amount will be billed.
10. Subscribers have the right to request a transfer of their internet and ALO PAKET services within Turkey for a fee. If LETME cannot provide continuous service at the new location due to technical limitations, and the subscriber documents the relocation, LETME will not claim early termination fees for this campaign.
11. Subscribers can access campaign conditions, internet service tariffs, connection fees, data usage fees, and other current pricing information at www.turktelekom.com.tr.
12. For matters not covered in this agreement, the terms of the Subscription Agreement apply.
13. The subscriber is solely responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect or incomplete information in the fields required for this agreement.
14. This agreement is made in two copies: one copy remains with LETME, and the other is given to the subscriber.
