Battery Recommendations (Li-pol/Li-ion)
- Use only original charging equipment.
- Observe the temperature range. Batteries should be stored charged at temperatures between +15°C and +35°C with normal air humidity. Batteries do not tolerate prolonged use at very high (above 40°C) or very low (below -10°C) ambient temperatures.
- Do not leave the battery in direct sunlight.
- Do not disassemble, incinerate, or use batteries with signs of damage.

Operating Instructions
Initial Setup
Before first use, remove the protective film from both earphones and fully charge the earphones and charging case using a 5V/1A adapter.
Power On/Off
- Remove the earphones from the charging case; they will automatically turn on.
- Place the left and right earphones into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically turn off.
Bluetooth Connection
- When you take both earphones out of the charging case, they will automatically turn on and pair with each other.
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone or other device, find "UGREEN HiTune X5" in the device list, and tap to connect. Upon successful connection, you will hear the phrase "Bluetooth connected".
- Automatic Reconnection: The earphones will automatically reconnect to a previously paired phone/device if Bluetooth is enabled on that device and the history of connected Bluetooth devices has not been cleared.
Resetting to Factory Settings
If the earphones become unresponsive, do not pair, or do not connect to your device, perform a factory reset.
- Remove the "UGREEN HiTune X5" information from your device's Bluetooth list.
- Place the earphones in the charging case, keep the case lid open, and press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the indicator lights flash, signaling a successful reset.
Important Notes
- If you move beyond the maximum operating range of 10 meters, the earphones will automatically disconnect from your device. The earphones will automatically reconnect if you re-enter the valid range within the next 5 minutes. If you do not re-enter the range within 5 minutes, the earphones will automatically enter sleep mode.
- If the earphones are not connected to any device for 5 minutes, they will automatically enter sleep mode.
Multifunctional Button Operations
Music Playback
- Press the button on the left/right earphone once to pause or resume playback.
- Press the button on the right earphone three times to skip to the next track.
- Press the button on the left earphone three times to skip to the previous track.
- Press the button on the right earphone twice to increase volume.
- Press the button on the left earphone twice to decrease volume.
Audio Mode Switching
Press the button on the left/right earphone four times to switch between Normal mode and Gaming mode.
Calls
- Press the button on the left/right earphone once to answer or end a call.
- Press and hold the button on the left/right earphone for 2 seconds to reject a call.
Voice Assistant
Press and hold the button on the left/right earphone for 2 seconds until you hear a sound prompt to activate the voice assistant.
Earphone Charge Level and Charging
The earphone charge level is displayed in the upper right corner of your phone (if the phone supports this function). To charge the earphones, place them in the charging case. The charging case indicator lights will flash during charging (the 1st indicator signifies the left earphone, the 3rd indicator signifies the right earphone). If the earphone battery is low, a voice prompt "Battery low" will be heard, after which you should place the earphones in the charging case for charging.
Charging Case Charge Level and Charging
Use the included charging cable and a standard 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case. To check the charging case's charge level, open the charging case; the indicator light will display the charge level. If the charge level is less than 5%, the 1st indicator will blink for 3 seconds. Each indicator represents approximately 33.3% of the battery capacity. When fully charged, all 3 indicator lights on the charging case will be solid white.

Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |

Earphones not pairing with each other / not connecting to phone | Ensure earphones or your phone are not connected to other devices. Turn Bluetooth on your phone off and on again. Delete the "UGREEN HiTune X5" information from your device's Bluetooth list and reconnect. Open the charging case with the earphones inside and ensure the earphones are on. Warranty Conditions
