AUKey User Management System Updates

A. User Management Formatting Issues

The following changes are requested for the User Management interface:

1. Remove black dots from the left column.
2. Bold specific text elements.
3. Add spacing between form fields.

B. Search Functionality Update

Currently, USER NAME is the only supported search method. The system should be updated to also allow searching by User ID and email address.

The User Management interface includes a search bar with a filter for 'Audit: All ▼'.

C. Actions Column Modifications

The "Audit" button is to be removed from the "ACTIONS" column. Its functionality will be integrated into the "Edit" page. Subsequently, the "Edit" button itself will also be removed. The "ACTIONS" column will then only contain the "Delete" function.

D. User Navigation and Row Functionality

The feature allowing users to drag entire rows up and down will be removed. Instead, clicking on a user's name will directly navigate to their user information page (equivalent to the Edit page).

Note: The user's username and email address must be displayed on this page.

E. User Auditing Functionality

The user detail page will be updated to include an auditing function, with "Pass" and "Fail" buttons.

Audit Process:

1. Clicking "Pass" will approve the user. Clicking "Fail" will reject the user. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental actions.
2. If a user has already been audited, their status will be displayed as "Audit: Yes" or "Audit: No".

F. New Audit Condition: "NEW"

A new status, "NEW", will be introduced to indicate users who have not yet undergone auditing.

User audit categories will be expanded to four:

• All
• Not Audited: NEW
• Passed Audit: Yes
• Failed Audit: No

The "NEW" status should be visible in both the filter options and the Audit column.

Filter Bar Options

The filter bar includes options for Registration Date, USER NAME, and Audit status. The Audit filter dropdown contains options such as 'All', 'Yes', 'No', and implicitly 'NEW'.

An 'Add NEW' button is also present.

G. Automatic User Deletion Policy

TEAM TECHKEY users who have been registered for over 6 months and have not yet been audited (Audit = no) will be automatically deleted by the system. This policy allows users to reapply after meeting the necessary conditions.

H. Table Column Modifications

The "Product Count" column in the user table is not relevant to Team TECHKEY information and should be removed or hidden. A new column named "Product Sent" should be added. This column will track the number of products a user has received from TeamTECHKEY.
