General Safety
- Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
- Use the appliance as described in the user manual only. Any other use not specified may cause injury.
- This appliance can be used by children aged above 8 years and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of this appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Operation Safety
- Do not immerse in water and any other liquids.
- Do not use the appliance until the base is installed.
- Do not operate the unit close to the curtain. Do not hang foreign objects on the grille to prevent damaging the balance of the fan or rotational structure.
- Do not operate the fan under overly humid, high-temperature, dusty environment or the place where acid or alkali is stored.
- Fans should never blow directly on infants, the elderly, and patients for a long time.
Electricity Safety
- WARNING: Make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the appliance.
- Always unplug before cleaning or leaving the appliance unused for a long period of time. Keep your hands dry when plugging/unplugging.
- Do not operate any air circulator with a damaged cord or plug. Discard air circulator or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic areas where it will not be tripped over.
- WARNING: Do not use this air circulator with any solid-state speed control device.
- Use 24V/1.5A power adapter only. Turn off the appliance before plugging.

2. ASSEMBLING YOUR PEDESTAL AIR CIRCULATOR
Assembly Instructions
Follow the steps below to assemble your air circulator.
- Push the air circulator into the base by aligning the cutout on the bottom of the air circulator with the jutting point in the middle of the base.
- Thread the screw through the flat washer [flat-washer], insert into the base, and use the included screwdriver for base [screwdriver-for-base] to drive the screw into the bottom of the air circulator.
- Put the air circulator upright, hold the main body while rotating the Adjustment Collar [adjustment-collar] counterclockwise to raise or lower the air circulator to the desired height. The adjustable range is 0-5.9 inches [height-adjustment-range].
- Tighten the adjustment collar by rotating clockwise. Plug the power adapter [power-adapter] into the power input [power-input] (located at the back of the air circulator), and into the power outlet.
CAUTION: Do not operate the air circulator if the base has not been installed.

3. CONNECTING TO YOUR PEDESTAL AIR CIRCULATOR
This device includes the radio transmitting module whose CMIIT ID is FCC ID: 2A3SYMBL02 [CMIIT-ID] [FCC-ID].
Before connecting the appliance to your mobile device, please scan the QR code on the left or go to the app store and search "Dreo", then select and download the app.
You can use the Dreo app to connect your smart pedestal air circulator to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Please follow the in-app instructions to set up your voice assistant.
NOTE: You must create a Dreo account to access voice assistants.
- Launch Dreo and sign in or create account by following in-app instructions.
- Enable Bluetooth [bluetooth-icon] on your mobile device and plug in your air circulator.
- Tap + Add Device [add-device-icon] and select the air circulator you want to link.
- Hold the Oscillation button [horizontal-oscillation-symbol] for 5 seconds to start WiFi connection [wifi-flashing-icon]. (Tip: The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.)
- Follow in-app instructions to complete WiFi connection.
- You're now ready to control the appliance on your app. (Tip: To restart connection settings, hold the Oscillation button again for 5 seconds.)
4. KNOWING YOUR PEDESTAL AIR CIRCULATOR
Control Panel
- Power Button [power-symbol]: Turn power on/off. Long press 10 seconds to reset to factory settings [factory-settings-icon].
- Increase Speed Button [speed-up-symbol]: Increase airflow speed (1-8 levels). Exit Turbo Mode [turbo-mode-symbol].
- Decrease Speed Button [speed-down-symbol]: Decrease airflow speed (1-8 levels). Exit Turbo Mode [turbo-mode-symbol].
- Horizontal Oscillation [horizontal-oscillation-symbol]: Sweep airflow horizontally (0°, 60°, 90°, 120°). Long press 5 seconds to start network settings and device pairing.
- Vertical Oscillation [vertical-oscillation-symbol]: Sweep airflow vertically (90°). Long press 3 seconds to mute/unmute [mute-unmute-icon]. Note: This appliance is mute by default. To turn on button sounds, go to the Dreo app.

5. USING YOUR PEDESTAL AIR CIRCULATOR
Getting the Most out of Your Air Circulator
- Summer: Use with Air Conditioner. Position the air circulator in front of your AC to circulate cold air and provide better cooling.
- Winter: Use with Heater. Send the heat to the corner of the room and circulate warm air faster.
- Spring & Fall: Circulation. Make the indoors as fresh and pleasant as the outdoors.
General Operations
- Press [power-symbol] to turn on the air circulator.
- Press [speed-up-symbol] or [speed-down-symbol] to adjust the airflow speed.
- Press [horizontal-oscillation-symbol] or [vertical-oscillation-symbol] to change the airflow direction.
Working Modes
(Press [mode-button] on the remote)
- Normal Mode: Air circulator runs at the fixed speed [fixed-speed-icon].
- Custom Mode: (Available in the Dreo app) Air circulator speed changes according to temperatures or time you desire.
- Auto Mode [auto-mode-symbol]: Air circulator speed adapts to the ambient temperature [ambient-temperature-icon].
- Sleep Mode [sleep-mode-icon]: (Available in the Dreo app) Mute auto on. Air circulator speed decreases every 30 minutes. Speed decreases by two levels at most and will remain constant if at level 3, 2, or 1.
- Turbo Mode [turbo-mode-symbol]: Air circulator runs at the maximum speed [maximum-speed-icon].
- Circulation: Natural Mode [natural-mode-icon]. Make the indoors as fresh and pleasant as the outdoors.
- Natural Mode: (Available in the Dreo app) Air circulator runs at alternating speeds [alternating-speeds-icon].
Additional Features
- Timer: When the fan is ON/OFF, touch the timer button [timer-icon] repeatedly to set a timer from 1 to 8 hours [timer-1-8-hours]. When the timer ends, the fan will stop/start running automatically. To cancel, set the time to 0 hour. Note: When the auto off timer is enabled, display will return to fan speed after 3 seconds. Display will show "8" if the timer is beyond 8 hours [timer-beyond-8-hours]. To set a timer beyond 8 hours, please go to the Dreo app.
- Child Lock [child-lock-icon]: Long press the Horizontal Oscillation button [horizontal-oscillation-symbol] and Vertical Oscillation button [vertical-oscillation-symbol] at the same time for 3 seconds to turn on/off Child Lock. Note: Child Lock doesn't apply to operations from the remote control and the Dreo app. You can also turn off Child Lock by re-plugging in, resetting to factory settings [factory-settings-icon], or through the Dreo app.
- Memory: If the fan is turned OFF or disconnected from power, it will operate under the previous settings (except the Timer setting) when it is turned ON again.
- Firmware Update [firmware-update-icon]: Check the firmware version on the Dreo app and update regularly for the air circulator to work more efficiently. Display will show "[update-process-icon]" during the update process. Do not operate until the update is completed.
- Display Auto Off: Display turns off after 1 minute (after 5 seconds in sleep mode). Wake up the display with any button. To disable this feature, please go to the Dreo app.

Battery Replacement
- Press the locking button [locking-button] to pop out the battery holder [battery-holder].
- Replace with the same battery type (CR2025 3V [battery-type-voltage]) with the (+) side facing up [plus-side-up].
- Push in the holder [push-in-holder] until securely locked into place [securely-locked].
Note: If the indicator on the remote control [remote-indicator] doesn't turn on any more, please consider replacing the battery [replace-battery].
WARNING: Chemical Burn Hazard [chemical-burn-hazard]. Keep batteries away from children. This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery [lithium-button-coin-cell-battery]. If a new or used lithium button/coin cell battery is swallowed or enters the body [swallowed-or-enters-body], it can cause severe internal burns [severe-internal-burns] and can lead to death [lead-to-death] in as little as 2 hours [2-hours]. Always completely secure the battery compartment [completely-secure]. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product [stop-using], remove the battery [remove-battery] and keep it away from children [keep-away]. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention [seek-immediate-medical-attention]. The batteries must be disposed of properly [disposed-of-properly], including keeping them away from children. Even used cells may cause injury [used-cells-may-cause-injury].
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Outer Surface [outer-surface]
Gently wipe off the dust with a soft, dry cloth [soft-dry-cloth].
Base [base]
The base can be disassembled in the reverse order of assembly [reverse-order-assembly].
CAUTION:
- Always unplug the fan [unplug-fan] before any cleaning or maintenance to avoid the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons [risk-of-fire-shock-injury].
- Do not immerse in water [do-not-immerse] or get water inside the motor housing [motor-housing].
- Do not use any chemical agents [chemical-agents] when cleaning the fan.
- Store in a cool, dry place [cool-dry-place] and cover it to protect from dust [protect-from-dust].
Grilles [grilles]
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electrical shock and injury to persons [reduce-risk-electrical-shock-injury], turn off and unplug the appliance [turn-off-unplug] before any cleaning and maintenance.
- Remove the screws [remove-screws] on the front grille [front-grille] and rear grille [rear-grille], rotate the grilles counterclockwise [rotate-counterclockwise] to take them off [take-off].
- Remove the blade cap [blade-cap] by rotating it as shown and take the blade assembly [blade-assembly] out of the shaft [shaft].
- Rinse cap, blades, and grilles [rinse-cap-blades-grilles] under running water [running-water] or with a clean, damp cloth [clean-damp-cloth].
- Dry up all parts [dry-up-parts], and insert the blade assembly [blade-assembly] back into the shaft [shaft] by aligning the D-shaped points [align-D-shaped-points] on the center [center].
- Align the point on the front grille [align-front-grille-point] with the right point on the casing [right-point-casing], then rotate the grille clockwise [rotate-clockwise] and install the screw back in place [install-screw]. Repeat the steps [repeat-steps] for the rear grille.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING
- My air circulator won't turn on! [air-circulator-wont-turn-on] Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet [cord-connected-powered-outlet] and the mains voltage corresponds [mains-voltage-corresponds] with the voltage indicated on the air circulator.
- My air circulator is shaky and wobbling! [shaky-wobbling] 1. Place the air circulator on a flat, level surface [flat-level-surface]. 2. Incorrect installation [incorrect-installation] might also cause shakiness. Please refer to the assembly instructions [assembly-instructions] on pages 3-4.
- My air circulator is making vibration and noise! [vibration-noise] 1. Place the air circulator on a flat, level surface [flat-level-surface]. 2. Be sure not to insert anything into the air inlet and outlet [no-insertion-inlet-outlet]. 3. It is normal that the fan makes a little noise when manually adjusting the fan head [manually-adjusting-head].

Wall Mounting Your Fan (Optional)
- Find a brick or concrete wall and mark the position where the fan will be mounted.
- Make sure there is a 124mm / 4.88inch [124mm-4.88inch] distance between the two holes [wall-mount-screws].
- Screw the plastic anchors [plastic-anchors] onto the wall with a drill [drill-symbol]. Leave 1/3 inch [one-third-inch] of the screws exposed [exposed-screw-part].
- Line up the holes on the base of the fan with the screws on the wall and hang the fan.
General Operations
- Plug in and twist the control knob [control-knob] clockwise to adjust the fan speed to High, Medium, and Low.
- Tilt the fan head by hand to the desired angle (0°, -30°, 30°, 60°, 90°).

User Servicing Instructions (Fuse) [fuse-symbol]
This appliance features a fused safety plug that protects against overload or short-circuit situations. If the fuse blows, please cut off power and follow the instructions below:
- Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
- Open fuse cover. Slide open fuse access cover on top of attachment plug towards blades.
- Remove fuse carefully. Push the fuse from the other side to remove the fuse.
- Replace with same type fuse (e.g., 5A, 125V).
- Close fuse cover. Slide closed the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
WARNING: The fuse is a safety device [fuse-symbol] that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
