Features
Current Feedback Discrete Power Amp
This unit features a current feedback power amplifier using the complimentary push-pull circuit found in Marantz Hi-Fi power amplifiers. This design provides increased operating stability and high-speed, wide-ranging high-density playback. The current/voltage conversion amplification section incorporates a Wilson current mirror circuit, amplifying the high sound range with low distortion.
Improved Instant Power Supply Capability
The final stage of the power amplifier is equipped with the same LAPT (high efficiency power transistor) used in Marantz Hi-Fi power amplifiers, ensuring improved instant power supply capability. The power section includes a large-sized transformer and Marantz original 50,000 µF / 71 V x 2 block condensers, tested for sound quality, contributing to a powerful, presence-filled sound.
High Sound Quality Design Based on Pure Surround Philosophy
The unit utilizes a chimney-shaped heat sink for efficient heat dissipation from each channel amplifier and exceptionally quiet cooling fans. A high-sensitivity temperature sensor IC controls the cooling fans, adjusting rotation speed based on heat generation. These components deliver the sound quality and low-noise expected from a high-end system. The design also incorporates high-quality components like high-end audio condensers and film condensers.
BALANCED/UNBALANCED Selecting Function
Input for each channel can be selected between BALANCED and UNBALANCED input, depending on your desired use.
