2. Promotion Period

2.1. Promotion Duration: From June 09, 2025, to June 15, 2025, inclusive.

2.2. Participation: Purchase any promotional OPPO smartphone during the period from June 09, 2025, to June 15, 2025, inclusive, at Citrus stores or via the online store https://www.ctrs.com.ua/.

2.3. Last Order for Online Store: The last order from ctrs.com.ua participating in the promotion must be paid for and received by 21:00 on June 15, 2025.

2.3. Last Order for Retail Stores: The last order accepted for the promotion from retail stores must be paid for and received by June 15, 2025, according to the store's operating hours.

3. Promotion Location

3.1. Location: The promotion is held throughout Ukraine, excluding zones of combat operations and temporarily occupied territories, at Citrus stores.

4. Participants

4.1. Eligibility: All legally capable citizens of Ukraine who have met all the requirements and conditions of these Rules during the Promotion Period are eligible to participate (hereinafter - "Participants").

4.2. Exclusions: Employees and representatives of the Organizers, any other company involved in the promotion, and legal entities are not eligible to participate.

5. Conditions of Participation

5.1. Gift: Upon purchasing the promotional OPPO A5 Pro 4G 8/256GB smartphone during the period from June 09, 2025, to June 15, 2025, the client receives free ENCO Buds3 PRO wireless earphones as a gift.

5.2. Discount Distribution: The discount amount may be distributed across products in the receipt according to the seller's accounting policy. The offer is valid only if the participating products are purchased simultaneously in a single transaction as a single set.

5.3. Prize Fund: The promotional fund is not subject to monetary compensation, cannot be transferred to third parties, and cannot be exchanged.

5.4. Legal Entities: Legal entities are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

5.5. Returns: In case of returning the Promotional Product in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the Law "On Consumer Protection," the corresponding product indicated in the receipt must be returned along with the Promotional Product in the condition specified in Article 9 of the Law "On Consumer Protection," or compensated to the client at its full value. If the client refuses to compensate for the value of the product from the Promotional Fund and/or if it is of inadequate quality, the Seller has the right to refuse the return of the main product until the client fulfills the conditions of this promotion.

6. Promotion Terms

6.1. Credit Compatibility: The promotion is compatible with credit obtained under the current standard credit menu for the respective product category.

6.2. Other Promotions: The promotion is compatible with other ongoing promotions.

7. Organizer's Disclaimer

7.1. Force Majeure: The Organizer of the Promotion and involved third parties are not responsible for force majeure events, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, military actions of any kind, blockades, significant changes in legislation in effect in the promotion territory, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Executor/Organizer of the Promotion and involved third parties.

7.2. Expenses: The Organizer of the Promotion is not obligated to reimburse any participant expenses, including, but not limited to, travel and telephone expenses incurred during participation in the Promotion.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change the definitions of participants, the composition of prizes, suspend, resume, or terminate the terms of these Rules and the Promotion at any time. Notifications about additions or changes to these Rules and the terms of the Promotion will be posted on the Organizer's Internet page: www.ctrs.com.ua.

8.2. Consent to Use Materials: Participants agree to be photographed and/or filmed as part of the Promotion, and to the use of their name, surname, photographs, and interviews or other materials about them for marketing purposes. This includes the right to publish their names and photographs on the internet, in mass media, print publications, and audio-visual materials, without geographical or time limitations. Such use will not be compensated (paid) by the Organizers or third parties.

8.3. Dispute Resolution: In case of ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, or in case of disputes or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision rests with the Organizer. The Organizer's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

8.4. Availability: The promotion is valid while the promotional product is in stock.

8.5. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their full agreement with all terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

8.6. Loyalty Program Consent: By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their full agreement to register in the "Citrus Plushki" Loyalty Program and their full agreement with all the rules of the "Citrus Plushki" loyalty program.
