Thank you for choosing REDRAGON product. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please read the following warranty rules carefully.
- Within 18 months of purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

Setup and Connection
How to Plug In
Plug the Type-C USB cable into the keyboard and connect the USB cable to your PC. The keyboard is plug and play, no driver is required.
Key Functions
Key Function Introduction
The FN key works in conjunction with other keys:
- FN + F1 = My Computer
- FN + F2 = My Homepage
- FN + F3 = Calculator
- FN + F4 = Media Player
- FN + F5 = Previous Track
- FN + F6 = Next Track
- FN + F7 = Play/Pause
- FN + F8 = Stop
- FN + F9 = Mute
- FN + F10 = Volume -
- FN + F11 = Volume +
- FN + F12 = Email
- FN + [↑]/[↓] = Adjust backlight brightness
- FN + [←]/[→] = Adjust backlight rolling speed
- FN + [Space] = Turn off backlighting; repeat to turn On
- FN + [ESC] = Reset to default settings
- FN + [PgDn] = Switch backlighting effects (total 20 patterns)
- FN + [WIN] = Lock Windows key and APP key; repeat to unlock
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Keyboard not responding: Please check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port on the computer.
- Liquid spill: If you spill liquid on the keyboard, please unplug the keyboard's USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and put the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Make sure the keyboard is dried naturally before the next use.
