Description of Parts
The speaker features a control panel with various buttons and ports:
- Microphone Slot: (9) A dedicated slot for connecting the included microphone.
- OFF/ON Switch: (10) The main power switch for turning the speaker on or off.
- Micro USB Charging Port: (11) A ? 5V port for charging the device.
- Charging LED: (12) An indicator light that shows the charging status.
- Micro SD(TF) Card Slot: (13) A ? TF CARD slot for playing music from memory cards.
- USB Slot: (14) A ? USB slot for playing music from USB drives.
Control Buttons:
- LED Button: Short press to cycle through different RGB light modes. Long press to turn the LED light on or off.
- EQ Button: Short press to switch between different Equalizer (EQ) modes: Normal, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Country.
- Volume Up Button: (3) Press to increase the volume.
- Volume Down Button: (4) Press to decrease the volume.
- Previous Song Button: (5) Press to go to the previous track.
- Next Song Button: (6) Press to go to the next track.
- MODE Button: (7) Press to switch between modes: Bluetooth, FM, USB/TF. Long press to connect to TWS (True Wireless Stereo).
- Play/Pause/SCAN Button: (8) Press to play or pause music. In FM mode, long press to automatically scan for FM channels. Long press to connect or disconnect Bluetooth.
Connecting the Wireless Speaker
To connect wirelessly, turn on the speaker and switch it to Bluetooth mode. On your mobile or other Bluetooth-enabled device, search for Bluetooth devices. Select "2BOOM-BX215" to pair. Once paired for the first time, the speaker will automatically connect when turned on.
Wireless Operation
Once paired, the speaker enters wireless mode and can play music. Use the buttons to control playback:
- Press the ▶️⏸️ button to Play/Pause music.
- Press the ⏪ button for the previous track or the ⏩ button for the next track.
- Press the ▶️ VOL+ button to increase volume or the ◀️ VOL- button to decrease volume.
USB/TF Card Operation
Insert a USB flash drive or TF card into the respective slot. The speaker will automatically read and play MP3 format music. Use the ▶️⏸️ button for Play/Pause, ⏪/⏩ for previous/next track, and ▶️ VOL+/◀️ VOL- for volume control.
Note: The maximum supported memory size for USB and Micro SD cards is 32GB.
FM Radio Operation
Press the ▶️⏸️/? SCAN button to automatically search for FM channels. This process scans all available stations and pre-records them. The scan may take several minutes and cannot be interrupted. After scanning, use the ⏪/⏩ buttons to navigate between tracks (stations) and ▶️ VOL+/◀️ VOL- for volume control.
RGB Light Mode
There are three different RGB light modes. Short press the ? LED button to switch between them. The speaker remembers the last used mode. Long press the ? LED button to turn the light effects on or off.
EQ Mode
The speaker offers five different Equalizer (EQ) modes. Press the ?️ EQ button to cycle through modes such as Normal, Pop, Rock, Jazz, and Country.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo)
Two identical speakers can be connected simultaneously to one wireless device. Turn on both speakers, select one unit, and long press its ? MODE button for several seconds. You will hear an audio cue confirming successful pairing. Ensure both units are not connected to other devices before pairing.
Charging
To charge the speaker, turn it off. Connect the provided charging cable to the unit's charging slot and the other end to a PC or a 5V output charger (not included). The red LED indicator on the panel will light up while charging and turn off when fully charged.
