Note: The On/Off button can also function as a restore button. Holding it down will change the indicator light's flashing speed and reset the smart plug to its factory settings. Use this function only if you intend to erase all current settings.

Installing the "Smart Life" App
- Download the "Smart Life" app from the Google Play Store™, Apple App Store™, or by scanning the provided QR code.
- Register an account by entering your email address or phone number. If using a phone number, a verification code will be sent via text message. Email registration does not require a separate verification code.
The Smart Life app is free and compatible with mobile devices running iOS 8.0 and above, or Android 4.4 and above.
Connecting Your Smart Plug
The smart plug can be connected using two modes:
A. Easy Mode (Recommended)
- Ensure Easy Mode is active: The indicator light should blink rapidly (twice per second). If it blinks slowly (once every two seconds), press and hold the power button on the Smart Plug for 6 seconds until the indicator light blinks rapidly.
- Open the Smart Life app, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner, and select "Electrical Outlet" as the device type.
- Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to connect the Smart Plug to your Wi-Fi network.
- Once successfully connected, a prompt will appear in the Smart Life app. Tap "Done".
- You can now control the Smart Plug via the Smart Life app.
B. AP Mode
- Ensure AP Mode is active: The indicator light should blink slowly (once every two seconds). If it blinks rapidly, press and hold the power button on the Smart Plug for 6 seconds until the indicator light blinks slowly.
- Open the Smart Life app, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner, and select "Electrical Outlet" as the device type.
- On the "Add Device" screen, tap "AP Mode" in the top right corner.
- Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to connect the Smart Plug to your Wi-Fi network.
- Once successfully connected, a prompt will appear in the Smart Life app. Tap "Done".
- You can now control the Smart Plug via the Smart Life app.
Getting to Know "Smart Life" App Features
A. Devices
Add devices by tapping the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the app.
- Switches: Turn connected devices on or off remotely, from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also rename devices or create groups to control multiple smart devices simultaneously.
- Timer: Schedule your smart devices to turn on or off at specific times for convenience.
- Countdown: Automatically turn household appliances on or off after a set duration.
B. Scenes
Create custom automation scenarios and characteristics for your smart devices.
C. Profile
Manage your personal information and app settings:
- Profile Picture
- Nickname
- Phone Number
- Change Login Password
- Pattern Unlock
The app also provides access to Device Sharing, Message Center, Voice Assistant integration (Echo, Google Home), Experience Center, QR Code scanning, and FAQs.
Safety Information
- This Smart Plug is recommended for indoor use only, in a dry location.
- Ensure the power outlet is used within its published rating, as detailed in these instructions.
- If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact the seller for a replacement.
- Plug the Smart Plug into the outlet correctly and keep it away from children.
- Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet for safe operation.
- Do not disassemble the Smart Plug, as this may cause damage or create a safety hazard.
Using Amazon Alexa™
Voice control your Smart Plug with Amazon Alexa:
- Sign in to your Amazon Alexa account. If you don't have one, download the Alexa app from the Google Play Store™ or Apple App Store™ and register an account.
- Select your local Wi-Fi network.
- Navigate to the "Skills" option, search for "Smart Life", and select it.
- Click "Enable" for the Smart Life skill.
- Log in using your Smart Life account username and password. A confirmation message will indicate that Alexa has been successfully linked.

Using Google Assistant™
Voice control your Smart Plug with Google Assistant:
- Sign in to your Google Home™ account. If you don't have one, download the Google Home app from the Google Play Store™ or Apple App Store™ and register an account.
- Select your local Wi-Fi network.
- Navigate to the "Skills" option, search for "Smart Life", and select it.
- Click "Enable" for the Smart Life skill.
- Log in using your Smart Life account username and password. A confirmation message will indicate that Google Home has been successfully linked.

Controlling Your Smart Plug
Once linked with Amazon Alexa or Google Home, you can control your Smart Plug using voice commands.
- Discover Devices: Initiate device discovery within your Alexa or Google Home app to find the linked Smart Plug.
- You will receive a notification upon successful discovery.
- You can now operate the plug by saying commands like "Hey Alexa" or "Ok Google".
- Supported Commands: For example, you can say "Alexa, turn on [Device Name]" or "Alexa, turn off [Device Name]".
Ensure the device name used in voice commands matches the name set in the Smart Life app.

Warranty
This Wi-Fi Smart Plug is covered by a limited 12-month warranty from NAXA for the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. It does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized service, or acts of God.
During the warranty period, upon verification of defects, the product will be replaced when returned with proper proof of purchase.
