Installation
- Attach the guard: Follow the provided diagrams for proper guard attachment.
- Attach the edge guide: Follow the provided diagrams for proper edge guide attachment.
- Attach the auxiliary handle: Secure the auxiliary handle as shown in the illustration.
- Install the battery: Insert the battery into the designated slot until it clicks into place.
Operation
Start the machine:
- Ensure the battery is installed.
- Use the trigger to control the speed. Low speed and high speed options are available.
Operation Tips:
- Cut tall grass from the top down.
- Keep a firm hold with both hands on the machine.
Maintenance
Adjust the length of the cutting line:
Use the bump head to advance the cutting line as needed.
Adjust the cutting diameter (14"-16"):
The trimmer can be adjusted for a cutting diameter between 14 inches (35.6 cm) and 16 inches (40.6 cm).
Replace the spool and bump head:
Follow the illustrated steps to replace the spool and bump head. This involves removing the spool cover, replacing the spool with new line, and reassembling the bump head.
Install the cutting line:
Use cutting line with a diameter of 2/2.4 mm (0.08/0.095 in.). A length of 3.5 m (11.48 ft.) is recommended.
To install the line, push and rotate the bump head to align the slots as shown in the diagrams. Insert the cutting line into the aligned slots.
