Assembly Instructions

This Assembly Instruction is designed to help you quickly understand the product structure and precautions. In order to ensure the stable operation of the body, please recognize the screws, nuts, and other accessories models during the installation process.

Step 1

Attach Bottom Brackets to the Rotating Disk Base using M4*32mm Brass Standoffs (4pcs) and M4*8 Machine Screws (4pcs). Note the orientation.

Step 2

Attach the Servo Side Bracket to the Rotating Disk Base using M4*20 Machine Screws (4pcs).

Step 3

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID2) onto the Servo Side Bracket using M3*6 Machine Screws (4pcs). Ensure the limit servo horn is attached.

Step 4

Attach the Small U-shaped Bracket to the assembly using M4*16 Machine Screws (4pcs).

Step 5

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID3) onto the Small U-shaped Bracket using M3*6 Machine Screws (4pcs).

Step 6

Connect the Gripper to the LX-225 Servo (ID6) using M3*10 Machine Screws (2pcs). Connect a 15cm 3PIN wire as shown.

Step 7

Attach the Big U-shaped Bracket to the assembly using M2*6 Machine Screws (4pcs) and M2 Screw Nuts (4pcs).

Step 8

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID4) onto the Big U-shaped Bracket using M4*16 Machine Screws (4pcs). Thread wire through the designated hole.

Step 9

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID5) onto the assembly using M2.5*36 Machine Screws (4pcs) and M2.5 Screw Nuts (4pcs). Connect the servo.

Step 10

Attach the Top U-shaped Bracket using ST2.2*6 Self-Tapping Screws (7pcs).

Step 11

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID3) onto the assembly using M2.5*36 Machine Screws (4pcs) and M2.5 Screw Nuts (4pcs). Connect the servo.

Step 12

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID4) onto the assembly using M4*16 Machine Screws (4pcs). Thread 15cm 3PIN wire through the hole.

Step 13

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID5) onto the assembly using M2.5*26 Machine Screws (4pcs) and M2.5 Screw Nuts (4pcs). Connect the servo.

Step 14

Mount the LX-225 Servo (ID6) onto the assembly using M4 Screw Nuts (4pcs). Connect the servo.

Step 15

Attach the Gripper to the servo using M3*6 Machine Screws (1pc) and M3*6 Machine Screws (2pcs).

Step 16

Connect the Gripper to the servo using M3*10 Machine Screws (2pcs).

Step 17

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID3) using M3*6 Machine Screws (4pcs). Connect a 20cm 3PIN wire as shown.

Step 18

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID4) using ST2.2*5mm Self-Tapping Screws (4pcs). Connect 10cm 3PIN wire to the servo.

Step 19

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID5) using M3*6 Machine Screws (4pcs). Connect 10cm 3PIN wire to the servo.

Step 20

Mount the LX-225 Servo (ID6) using M2*6 Machine Screws (8pcs). Connect wire to servo.

Step 21

Mount the LX-15D Servo (ID3) using M2*6 Machine Screws (8pcs) and M3*8 Nylon Standoffs (4pcs). Connect 15cm 3PIN wire to the servo as shown.

Step 22

Attach the Metal Plate using M3*6 Machine Screws (4pcs) and M3 Screw Nuts (2pcs). Use plastic rivets to hold wires in place.
