D. ANC Function Description
The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) circuit uses a built-in microphone to sense external noise and generates equal and opposite cancellation signals.
- The ANC effect might be less noticeable in very quiet environments, or you may perceive minor noise.
- The ANC effectiveness can vary based on how the unit is worn. Buzzing or squeaking may occur; if so, remove and re-wear the unit.
- The ANC function is primarily effective against low-frequency noise. While noise can be reduced, it cannot be completely eliminated.
- Mobile phones can cause interference and noise. If this occurs, move the unit away from the mobile phone.
- Avoid covering the unit's microphone with your hand, as this may impair ANC function or cause buzzing (squeak).
E. About Bluetooth Communication
- Bluetooth wireless technology operates within approximately 10m, which can be affected by obstacles (e.g., body, metal, walls) and the electromagnetic environment.
- Bluetooth communication may be interrupted, or experience noise or audio loss under the following conditions:
- When there is an obstruction between the unit and the Bluetooth device.
- When there are obstacles like metal or walls between the unit and the Bluetooth device.
- When devices using the 2.4GHz frequency (e.g., Wi-Fi devices, cordless phones, microwaves) are in close proximity.
- Due to the shared 2.4GHz frequency between Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, microwave interference may occur near Wi-Fi devices, leading to noise, audio loss, or communication interruption. To mitigate this:
- Keep the unit at least 10m away from Wi-Fi devices.
- If using the unit within 10m of a Wi-Fi device, turn off the Wi-Fi device.
- Place the unit and the Bluetooth device as close to each other as possible.
- Microwaves emitted from Bluetooth devices may affect electronic medical devices. In sensitive locations like hospitals, gas stations, near automatic doors, or fire alarm bells, turn off this unit and other Bluetooth devices to prevent accidents.
- Always use the supplied earphone cable when using this unit on an airplane.
- Due to wireless technology, there might be a delay between the sound played on the sending device and the sound from this unit, potentially causing desynchronization when watching videos or playing games.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for any information disclosure during Bluetooth communication.
- Connection to all Bluetooth devices cannot be guaranteed.
F. About Charging
- Do not turn on the headphones or use Bluetooth while charging.
- If the headphones are not used for an extended period, the rechargeable battery may not retain sufficient power. Repeated charging and discharging cycles will help maintain optimal battery performance.
- If storing the unit for a long time, charge the battery every six months to prevent over-discharge.
