Troubleshooting

  1. Cannot take photos or video: Check if the TF card has enough space and is not locked.
  2. Recording stops automatically: Due to large high-definition video data, use an SDHC compatible high-speed TF card (C10 identity).
  3. Playback error or incomplete files: When replaying pictures and videos, if a "File" prompt indicates an error occurred with TF card memory data, use the Car DVR "Format" function to reformat the card.
  4. Foggy image: Check the lens for dirt and fingerprints. Before shooting, wipe the lens with lens paper.
  5. Recorder not working: Press the reset key with a sharp object and then start it again to restore normal operation.
  6. Network access permission: For the first time use, open the network access permission and the local photo album.
  7. Mobile phone connection issues: Ensure the mobile phone is connected to the recorder's Wi-Fi. If not connected, check if the mobile phone is connected to other Wi-Fi hotspots. The app can only connect to the recorder when the mobile phone's Wi-Fi is connected to the recorder.
  8. Stuck real-time picture: This is generally related to the Wi-Fi signal. If the mobile phone is too far from the recorder, the Wi-Fi signal is weak, causing the real-time picture to get stuck. Additionally, too many Wi-Fi signals around the recorder can interfere and cause jamming.
  9. Slow preview speed in the album: This may be due to too many video files on the TF card, causing a timeout when obtaining file information. It is advised to format TF cards regularly.
  10. Multiple device connections: While many clients may connect to the recorder, only one mobile phone can be linked at the same time. If the mobile phone cannot connect, verify that the recorder is not connected to other mobile phones.
  11. Computer video playback: The product uses H.264 compression format (MOV or MP4). Some built-in playback software (like Windows Media Player) may not support H.264, leading to playback issues (choppy, frozen, or unsynchronized audio/video). It is recommended to download professional playback software (e.g., PotPlayer).
