The Future of Recovery
Step 01: Charging the Massager
Plug the included USB-C charging cable into the input port on the bottom of the massager handle. Connect the other end to a standard USB-C power adapter (not included) and plug into a wall outlet to begin charging. A lightning bolt icon on the display will flash while charging and turn solid white when charging is complete. Charging speeds may vary. For fast charging, use a compatible adapter (e.g., 5V/3A, QC 3.0, or PD 9V/2A).
Important: If the display does not light up when plugged in, the power adapter may be incompatible. Unplug immediately and use a different adapter. Only charge with compatible power adapters.

Step 02: Selecting and Attaching Accessories
Power off the massager before changing attachments. Select and securely plug the desired attachment into the front of the massager. Twist and pull to remove attachments.
Important: To use the Hot + Cold attachment, power off the massager, insert the attachment firmly, and power on. The TEMP icon will light up if properly connected. If not, turn off and reconnect.
Press the hot or cold button to switch between heating and cooling modes. Press the same button repeatedly to cycle through 3 levels for each mode. The ring on the front of the massager will light up red for hot or blue for cold.

Step 03: Operating the Massager
To power on, press and hold the power button until the display turns on. Press the power button again to cycle through 6 massage intensity levels. Press and hold the power button to turn off.
Note: The massager features anti-stall technology; massage speed automatically increases with applied pressure to prevent motor stalling.
[Visual Description: A diagram of the control panel shows a Cool button, Cool level indicator, LED Display Intensity Level (showing 6 levels), Heat button, Heat level indicator, Charging indicator, and Power button.]
Using Heat and Cool Modes
To use heat mode, press the heat button. Continue pressing to cycle through 3 heat levels or turn off. For cool mode, press the cool button and cycle through 3 cool levels or turn off.
The number of red LEDs indicates the heat level, and the number of blue LEDs indicates the cool level. Wait a few seconds at each level for the attachment to reach temperature.
CAUTION: Never continue cold or heat therapy for more than 20 minutes at a time. If skin becomes bright pink or red, stop use immediately.

Battery Health
Your massager uses a lithium-ion battery pack for cordless convenience and extended use. To maintain charge capacity and prevent damage, lithium-ion batteries must be regularly used and recharged.
For optimal battery health, keep the battery at approximately 50% charge when not in use. Batteries naturally lose charge; if not using for an extended period, check the massager at least every 30 days and recharge as needed to maintain a 50% charge, but do not overcharge.
Important: Do NOT store the battery with above 60% or below 40% charge for extended periods, as this can irreparably damage the battery.
For battery health, store the massager in a cool, dry place with consistent temperatures (40°F-70°F / 5°C-20°C) and relative humidity at 70% or lower.
