Maintenance Schedule Overview
Self-Maintenance:
- Filter Replacement Cycle:
- External Filter: Recommended every 3 months.
- Pre-Carbon Filter: Recommended every 6 months.
- UF Hollow Fiber Filter: Recommended every 1 year.
- Total of 7 filters needed per year.
Home Maintenance Service:
- Basic Cleaning Service (every 6 months): Includes basic disassembly and cleaning, automatic appliance cleaning, and filter replacement.
- Deep Cleaning Service (every 1 year): Includes basic cleaning, high-temperature sterilization, and internal deep cleaning. Filters are provided according to the maintenance cycle.
Filter Delivery: Filters are delivered every six months. Consumers are responsible for self-replacement at 3, 6, and 9 months, and 12 months after installation.
