Assembly Instructions
CAUTION: Be careful to not pinch or strike fingers during assembly. Be careful of metal burrs inside of tubing.
1. Installing Rear Wheels
Gently slide the wheel over the axle as shown. Do not force wheels onto the axle. Lubricating axles with light grease before installation is recommended. Install cotter pins and bend the ends outward.

2. Installing Front Swivel Casters
Attach front swivel casters as shown. While tightening nuts, grip the bearing cap with channel lock pliers or a pipe wrench to prevent the threaded stem from turning. Tighten nuts firmly, but not excessively. Periodically check the tightness of the nuts on the caster stems.

Operating Your RocknRoller Multi-Cart
Multi-Carts can instantly transform into any of 8 different configurations.
Caution: When loading equipment on a hill or incline, set the brake. If the load is very heavy, block the wheels. Use caution when moving any load with Multi-Carts or any other dolly. For rough terrain, it is recommended to push the cart with the large wheels forward.
Extending Frame
Loosen wingbolts 1/4 turn. Step on the rear axle and push the extension stop button. Pull up on the frame as shown until the stop button engages. Retighten wingbolts.

Configurations
- SHORT FURNITURE DOLLY: Place the cart on all four wheels with sides folded down. For the extended 4-wheel dolly configuration, distribute the load evenly over the frame bed, placing the heaviest items over the large rear wheels for easier rolling.
- LONG NOSE LUGGAGE CART: Extend the cart into the 4-wheel hi-stacker mode. Set on one end as shown, pull the top release cable, and lower the top foldable side.
- STORAGE-TRANSPORT: With sides upright, place the cart on its end. Loosen the wingbolts under the frame 1/4 turn, push in the extension stop button, and push down to compact the cart to its minimum length. Retighten wingbolts. Place the cart on all 4 wheels. To fold handles: 1st, push down the release cable over the large wheels with one hand and fold down the side with the other hand. 2nd, fold the side over the front swivel casters in the same manner. The cart will not fold correctly unless done in this order. Stand the cart on its end for storage or place it upside down to transport in vehicles or on airport conveyor belts.
- SHORT PLATFORM CART: Firmly push down on the release cable located over the swivel casters with one hand while raising the foldable side with the other hand until the side locks into an upright position.
- SHORT HI-STACKER: Raise both sides as previously described.
- LONG PLATFORM CART: Take the short hi-stacker configuration and set it on the 2 large wheels (upright). Loosen the 2 wingbolts 1/4 turn and pull the frame upward until the button engages. Retighten wingbolts and set the cart back on all 4 wheels.
- LONG HI-STACKER: Raise the folded handle of the long platform cart.
- LONG PLATFORM CART: From the long hi-stacker configuration, fold down the side over the large wheels first, then fold down the side over the swivel casters.
