1. Package Contents
Your Prolink DL-7203E package includes:
- 1 x Prolink DL-7203E 4G LTE mobile Wi-Fi device
- 1 x USB Cable ([USB Type-A] to [USB Type-C])
- 1 x Quick Installation Guide (this document) ⚙️
Notes:

2. Overview
The Prolink DL-7203E features a compact design with the following interface elements:
Device Front View:

3. Hardware Installation
Installing the Nano SIM Card
After turning off the device, insert the Nano SIM card into the Nano SIM card slot, then power on the device to work normally.
Note:
- Ensure the Nano SIM card is the correct size.
- Insert the SIM card with the metal contacts facing upwards, pushing it gently into the slot. A click indicates it's in place. Ensure correct orientation.
- To eject the SIM card, push it in slightly and then release.
Charge the Battery
If the device has not been used for a long time or the battery is depleted, it may not power up immediately after charging. Charge the battery for a period before attempting to turn it on.
Note:
- Use only chargers compatible with this unit and supplied by the manufacturer. Incompatible chargers may cause MiFi failure, malfunction, or fire.
- To recharge the battery, connect the provided USB cable to the DL-7203E's USB Type-C port.
- The device can also function as a power bank to charge other devices via its USB Type-A port.
4. Power On the Device
Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the power is turned on.
5. Use 4G Network
The device's management parameters are preset for automatic internet connection.
Note: You can log in to the web administration page to enable or disable automatic connections.
6. Web-based Configuration
Connecting to the Device
A. With Wi-Fi Connection:
- Use your Wi-Fi application on your client device to search for available wireless networks.
- Select the device's SSID (default: Prolink_xxxx).
- The default password is: prolink12345.
B. With USB Connection:
- Connect the device via USB cable to a computer's USB port.
- The NDIS driver will be installed automatically.
Accessing the Web Interface
Open a web browser and enter either http://192.168.1.1
or http://m.home
.
Enter the default Username: admin and Password: password to log in.

Modify Login Password
Click "Modify Login Password" in the upper right corner to change the default login password.

Changing Login Password

Wi-Fi Settings
Click "Wi-Fi Settings" to change the default SSID and password.

APN Settings
If the SIM card's APN cannot be found by Auto Mode, configure it manually:
- Click "Network Settings".
- Select "Mode" to "Manual".
- Click the "Add New" button to enter the correct APN settings.
APN information should be available in the booklet accompanying your SIM card or by contacting your telecommunications provider.

Enable Roaming for Overseas Travel
To enable roaming:
- Switch off the connection under "Connect Status".
- Click "Network Settings".

Tick "Enable Roaming" and click the "Apply" button.

Switch on the connection after Roaming is enabled.
