3 Product Installation

This chapter focuses on how to install the X1 PRO 2 titration pump, as well as the precautions during installation.

Tips:

4 App Use

This chapter focuses on how to use the app to control the X1 PRO 2 titration pump.

4.1 Connect titration pumps to the cloud

The titration pump is powered on for the first time after the box is opened. The status indicator (blue light) flashes slowly, at which point it requires the use of an app to connect the titration pump to the cloud via a wireless router. The following are the steps:

  1. Open the app, click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the device to add the device, enter the Add Device interface, select "Kamoer-X1PRO" in the list of supported devices and click to enter.
  2. Ensure Wi-Fi is connected. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi, go to the system settings to connect to your home Wi-Fi.
  3. Make sure that the mobile phone connection requires Wi-Fi with the network, and that the Wi-Fi can be connected to the external network. (The device does not support 5G Wi-Fi and cannot use 5G Wi-Fi hotspot).
  4. Enter the Wi-Fi password, pay attention not to enter the wrong password, click "Next" to enter the device network operation.
  5. Long press and hold the "Reset" button on the rear panel for more than 4 seconds, then release. Wait 3 seconds. At this time, the blue status light flashes quickly, the device enters the distribution network state. In the device distribution network state, click the App's "light is flashing fast" button to start the distribution network.
  6. Wait for the network connection to be successful. After the connection is successful, the app will pop up the connection success interface.

Tips:

4.2 Binding titration pump

There are two ways for a user to bind a titration pump:

The first way is to bind the titration pump by the above redistribution network.

The second way is that the titration pump has been connected to the cloud through the wireless router. At this time, the phone can be connected to the wireless router. The app will display the local available titration pump. Users can scan the local available equipment out of the titration pump list, click on the corresponding titration pump to bind. The specific operation is as follows:

  1. Open the app, click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the device to add the device, enter the add device interface, select the titration pump to bind in the list of locally available devices, and click to enter.

After the binding is successful, the binding success prompt pops up. Click "Start to use" to return to the device list.

4.3 Overview of the titration pump control interface

Open the app, click on the titration pump in the device list to enter the titration pump operating interface. The titration pump operator interface contains three modules:

4.4 Plan Titration - Plan Settings Details Page

Click on the plan in the bottom navigation bar to go to the plan details page, which includes the following features:

4.5 Plan Titration - Plan Settings

1. Plan group creation, editing, delete

The plan for the titration pump exists in the planning group. To create a plan, first create a planning group, or create a plan within an existing planning group. The purpose of the planning group is to group the plans in a certain time period to facilitate identification and management. You can create up to 6 groups. The following describes the creation of the plan group:

2. Plan within the group to create, edit, delete

The planned operation is carried out within the planning group. The plans of all groups in each channel can add up to 24 plans. The following describes the related operations of the plan:

Here's how to add quick plans and delete individual plans:

g. Delete the plan: Click on the plan group to swipe left, and the plan group delete button will appear. Click the delete button to delete the plan group; the group's plan is also deleted.

4.6 Manual Titration Page

Manual titration can be done at any time to meet the user's temporary add-on needs.

4.7 Set Up the Page

The setup page allows for various configurations:

4.8 Time settings

When the time of the device and the local time do not match, it is necessary to synchronize the real-time clock time of the device through the app to ensure the normal execution of the device titration plan.

4.9 Flow Calibration

The purpose of calibration is to improve the accuracy of the added elements. Click "Flow Rate Calibration" in the setup interface to enter the calibration pump head selection interface. Select the pump head that needs to be calibrated and enter the flow calibration interface. Calibration needs to use a measuring cylinder. The pump factory has been equipped with a 10ML measuring tube. Taking into account that the titration concentration of the pump tube is different, and the degree of aging of the pump tube is different, the first use needs to be calibrated. Suspect titration is not accurate when it is timely calibration.

Steps for flow rate calibration:

  1. Insert the pump tube inlet into the water container, click "Start emptying", wait until the water fills the entire line, and click "Emptying, click to stop".
  2. Insert the pump tube outlet into the empty cylinder, set the titration time, and click "Add start". The meter collects the titrated water output.
  3. Enter the cylinder volume and click "Calibration Complete" to complete the calibration.

a. Flow rate calibration: Click on the flow rate calibration in the settings interface to enter the flow rate calibration interface.

b. Start emptying: The purpose of emptying is to let the air in the pump tube drain, so that the accuracy of the rear calibration will not be affected.

c. Drop timing: Set the running time of the pump during calibration. Before proceeding to the next step, make sure that the pump pipe inlet has been immersed in water, and the pump pipe outlet is placed in the measuring tube.

d. Start titration: Click the titration button, and the pump will stop after running for the previously set time.

e. Enter volume: After reading the volume of liquid in the barrel, input in ml.

f. Calibration complete: Click the "Calibration done" button to complete the flow calibration.

4.10 Firmware Upgrades

When the pump's firmware program is updated, the user needs to upgrade the firmware to use it.

a. Current version of firmware: Displays the current version of the firmware.

b. New version tips: If a new version exists, there will be a new version prompt.

c. Status after firmware update: The display status after the firmware update is completed. The steps for the upgrade are as follows: Enter the App settings interface. If a new version of the firmware is found, click the update button to update the firmware. Do not perform other operations at this time, do not exit or re-enter the app. Wait until the upgrade is complete. The red status indicator of the titration pump will light up 2 times, and the buzzer will ring twice, indicating that the device firmware upgrade is complete. After the device upgrade is complete, it can be performed normally. If the upgrade fails, repeat the upgrade step.

Attention: There should be no power outage during the upgrade process, and the app should not perform any other operations during the upgrade process.
