Assembly Instructions
WARNING: Installers are responsible for providing hardware for other types of mounting situations. Installers must verify that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
-
Step 1: Mount Bracket Installation
Attach the Ceiling Plate (B) to the ceiling structure. For wood joists, use Wood Screws (W-A). For concrete ceilings, use Concrete Anchors (W-B) and appropriate drill bits (Ø 4.5mm for wood, Ø 10mm for concrete). Ensure a minimum clearance of 5mm. Then, attach the Main Bracket (A) to the Ceiling Plate (B). Finally, attach the Support Arms (D) to the Main Bracket (A).
-
Step 2: Attach Mount Arm Assembly and TV Plates
Attach the Mount Arm Assembly (C) to the Main Bracket (A) using appropriate hardware. Attach the TV Mounting Plates (E) to the back of your TV using screws (e.g., M-A, M-B, M-C, M-D, M-E). Ensure you select screws that are the correct length and thread for your TV. Remove the bottom screws from the TV Mounting Plates (E) and keep them for later use.
The VESA mounting pattern on the TV plates accommodates sizes such as 200x200, 400x400, and 600x600.
-
Step 3: Connect TV to Mount and Level
With assistance, carefully lift the TV and attach it to the Mount Arm Assembly (C). Use hardware like M-F, M-G, and M-H to secure the TV. The leveling knob will touch the ceiling and balance the mount when it folds up to the minimum position. Adjust the TV position as needed, considering screw length options (indicated as 'Too long' or 'Too short' in diagrams) for optimal fit.
-
Step 4: Connect Cables and Final Checks
Connect the power cord to the Control Box (G) and plug it into a power outlet. Connect the Control Box (G) to the Mount Arm Assembly (C). Ensure the Remote Control (H) is ready for use.
WARNING: Anything is not allowed to pass through the mount motion space.
-
Step 5: Cable Management
Use the provided cable ties (? [cable ties]) to neatly secure all cables along the mount structure. Ensure there is enough slack in the cables to allow for the full range of arm movement without strain.
