Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms for Wireless Products
Lysora provides a warranty for its products, covering any defects in material and workmanship under normal use as instructed in the provided manual, documentation, and instructions. This warranty is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase (one year for the power adapter). In accordance with the terms of the warranty, Lysora will offer complimentary repairs or replacements for eligible products.
Please be aware that any service support required after the warranty period has expired will incur a charge.

1. Service Support Channels:
   1. Support Center: This is our official customer service website, where you can find comprehensive support.
   2. Email: You can contact us for remote assistance by email.
   3. Case Portal: You can create a case or provide feedback through the Case Portal.
   4. Community: This is our product’s forum for technical discussions and assistance.
   5. Warranty Check: You can use Warranty Check to inquire about the maintenance information of your product.
2. Service Support Time
   1. Remote Technical Support: Available from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 local time. If you contact us outside of our working hours, we will promptly reach out to you during our next available working hours.
   2. Hardware Service Support: We work with leading carriers to ensure that we can send you a replacement within 15 days of receiving your returned product. Please note that the shipping fee for returning the product to us will be at your expense. The shipping fee for sending the replacement to you will be covered by us. In the event of adverse weather conditions, peak periods, or extraordinary circumstances, there might be a delay in the delivery. Please refer to the actual delivery time as indicated on the logistics documents.
3. Scope of Remote Technical Support
   a. Verify the product’s technical specifications or parameters.
   b. Provide support for any issues or challenges faced during product configuration.
   c. Conduct an analysis of the logs you provide for troubleshooting the fault.
   d. Offer consulting services for extended warranty and on-site support.
4. Important Notes
   a. Within two years after the end of sales, we will provide firmware upgrades for products that require them.
   b. We will offer service support for models for a duration of 5 years following the end of sales. (Service fees may be required for out-of-warranty products.)
   c. In order to assist with your inquiry, we may ask you for specific information such as log files or photos of the defective device.
   d. For issues that cannot be replicated or only occur in specific environments, the identification and resolution process may take longer, or immediate assistance may not be available.
   e. If there are any third-party products on your network, we may be unable to provide service support for those products or assist with their integration into our own products.

Safety Notice

• Do not use your device if its use is prohibited. Do not use the device if doing so may cause danger or interference with other electronic devices.
• Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the device. If you need service, please contact us.
• Avoid dusty, damp, or dirty environments. Avoid magnetic fields. Using the device in these environments may result in circuit malfunctions.
• Please carefully check the recommended operating temperature and storage temperature on the user guide. Extreme heat or cold may damage your device or accessories.
• The device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm (7.87 in.) between the radiator and your body.
• Using an unapproved or incompatible power adapter, charger, power cord, cable, or battery may damage your device, shorten its lifespan, or cause a fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• For a pluggable device, the socket outlet shall be installed near the device and shall be easily accessible.
• The power adapter shall be used near the device and shall be easily accessible.
• Do not touch the device or the charger with wet hands. Doing so may lead to short circuits, malfunctions, or electric shocks.
• If the device or external adapter includes one three-pole AC inlet, plug the device into a wall outlet with an earthing connection using the power cord provided by the manufacturer.
• Do not block any ventilation openings. Install this device in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not install this device near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other equipment (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
• Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at plugs, sockets, and the point where they exit from the device.
• Use only power adapters, attachments, and accessories supplied or specified by the manufacturer.
• Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer or sold with the device. When a cart is used, exercise caution when moving the cart/device combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
• Class A Equipment Warning: Operation of this equipment in a residential environment could cause radio interference.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

ISED RSS WARNING
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

1. This device may not cause interference.
2. This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.

For radio equipment operates in 5150-5850 MHZ
FCC Caution:
High power radars are allocated as primary users of the 5.25 to 5.35 GHz and 5.65 to 5.85 GHz bands. These radar stations can cause interference with and/or damage to LE LAN (License Exempt Local Area Network) devices. No configuration controls are provided for this wireless equipment allowing any change in the frequency of operations outside the FCC grant of authorization for US operation according to Part 15.407 of the FCC rules.
IC Caution:
User should also be advised that: (i) The device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems; (ii) the maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the bands 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz shall comply with the e.i.r.p. limit: and (ii) The maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the band 5725-5825 MHz shall comply with the e.i.r.p. limits specified for point-to-point and non point-to-point operation as appropriate.

This equipment complies with FCC and ISED radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment.
This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna and transmitter.
When the device operating in the 5.925-7.125 GHz band (for low-power access points):
FCC Caution:

1. FCC regulations restrict the operation of this device to indoor use only.
2. The operation of this device is prohibited on oil platforms, cars, trains, boats, and aircraft, except that operation of this device is permitted in large aircraft while flying above 10,000 feet in the 5.925-6.425 GHz band.
3. Operation of transmitters in the 5.925-7.125 GHz band is prohibited for control of or communications with unmanned aircraft systems.

IC Caution:

1. Operation shall be limited to indoor use only.
2. Operation on oil platforms, automobiles, trains, maritime vessels and aircraft shall be prohibited except for on large aircraft flying above 3,048 m (10000 ft).
