Artificial christmas tree
Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
● Proper use
This product is a Christmas decoration intended for use indoors in private households. Any other use or modifying the product is prohibited and can result in injuries and/or damage to the product. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use. This product is not intended for commercial use.

● Scope of delivery
Immediately after unpacking, please check the scope of delivery to ensure that it is complete and that the product and all parts are in good condition. Do not assemble the product if any of the included items listed below are missing.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE! PLEASE KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE!
WARNING! Never leave children unattended with the packaging material. Suffocation hazard. Keep children away from the product. This product is not a toy!- The scope of delivery contains some small parts. They could pose a lethal hazard if they are swallowed or inhaled.
- Keep children away from the work area when the product is being assembled.
- Dispose of packaging material properly.
- Attention! Keep away from fire. Do not place the product near fires or other heat sources such as radiators or other devices which produce heat.
- Do not use lit candles to decorate the tree!
- The product is not a climbing frame or toy!
- Place the product on a flat, level surface. Otherwise, the product could tip over.
- Only use the product indoors. If placed outdoors, a gust of wind could cause the product to tip over.
Assembly
Note: Remove all packaging material from the product.
- Fold out the supporting legs of the tree stand 5 at a 90°angle to each other and screw the wing bolts 4 loosely into the drill holes provided for this purpose (see Fig. A).
- Remove the cover cap 6 (see Fig. B).
- Place the bottom section 1 in the tree stand 5 and tighten the wing bolts 4 (see Fig. C).
- Then, place the middle section 2 in the opening of the bottom section 1 (see Fig. C).
- Insert the tree top 3 into the opening of the middle section 2 (see Fig. C).
- Arrange all branches to your preferred display (see Fig. D).
- Double check that the stand 5 is placed on a flat level surface, and the tightness of the wing bolts 4, so the product is securely fixed in position.
- Now you can decorate the tree (see Fig E).
Cleaning and care
- Never use harsh cleaning products to clean the tree. Instead, wipe it clean using a dry cloth.
Storing
- Remove all decorations from the tree.
- To disassemble the product, follow the instructions in the “Assembly” chapter in reverse order.
- Store all parts in the packaging.
- Store the product in a cool, dry place.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities. The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
The product incl. accessories and packaging materials are recyclable and are subject to extended producer responsibility. Dispose them separately, following the illustrated Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of material or manufacturing defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Keep the original sales receipt in a safe location as this document is required as proof of purchase.
Any damage or defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported without delay after unpacking the product.
Should the product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a claim being granted. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear and tear, thus considered consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, tubes, cartridges), nor damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches or glass parts.
● Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
Please have the till receipt and the item number (IAN 459335_2401) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
